Good transfer but communication between booking and driver could be improved

5 star for the actual transfer - driver was good, car had good AC. 4 star because none of the contact numbers on Viator were for the actual driver which caused some issues with pick up.

Transfer

Rode from luxor to Hurghada with Ahmed and it was a great experience overall. Highly recommend if you need to get to Hurghada comfortably.

Great Driver

Ahmed Mido was a great driver. He was on time at the agreed meeting point. The car was very luxurious and equipped with everything you need. He knew shortcuts so the ride was shorter than expected. Definitely recommend!

Great Service

I needed to get from luxor to hurgadha airport. Booked this on viatour as it had good reviews. Good communication, slight issue confirming location cost but sorted quickly. Driver was ahmed who was very nice, he arrived on time , it was a comfortable journey, about 4 hours mostly on motorway .

Pleasant transfer service

Scheduled this on a short notice (the day before). We got picked up from our train coach, given refreshments and boarded onto the car relatively quick. The person who received us and the driver were both corteous and friendly. The trip takes approximately 4 hours and a half with a quick stop for stretching your legs in the middle of the trip, and you can get a glimpse of Qena, farmlands, forest, desert, mountains and the Red Sea throughout the area.

Luxor to Hurghada transfer

The driver was prompt and met us at our hotel lobby at the scheduled time. He was very professional and courteous. We left at 1000 and arrived 2 pm. Although the transfer is about 4 hours, is it actually faster than flying due to layover in Cairo and required early airport checkin. Thank you
