Nile cruise and temple view
The cruise was very good, the only thing to highlight was that we got a very humid room because we were at the bottom of the boat at water level. The cruise staff very friendly and willing. With regard to our guide Mina, although I give us an explanation of the places we visited I would have liked her to come with us and point us out and explain how many other groups did with their respective guides. Some information of the place when we went to the temples of what we saw on the way would not have been bad. He was nice to the group.

Great guide
The King Mina guide was very nice and well prepared, great travel companion (recommended).
Less positive was the experience with the cruise, not up to the price and not transparent with the various expenses, but very kind staff and overall good experience.

Decent cruise seen the price, great prepared guide
The cruise was presented as 5 stars but it was not. We agree that the price is low but it is not justifiable in my opinion. Mina however was a correct and prepared guide available from day one. Has always been of his word especially regarding hidden costs or unexpected tips

They didnt refund full amount when they cancelled the hot air balloons while balloons
The price for 4 days 3 nights cruise without the hot air ballon was $375, with balloons was $455, we booked the one with it, they cancelled the balloons ride and told us we would get our refund, but a week later, they only issued $27 refund per person. I called and wrote 2 emails, got no further responses. The web site still advertises the price of $84 difference with/ without. You can add on balloon ride when you are there for only $50 person thru your guide.
Plus, whole day was wasted going thru the Esna lock.

Do not book nile cruises here!
Tour operator cancelled on me less than 12hrs before scheduled departure despite payment being made. Reason given was "lack of participants for this tour". However, I was informed by the tour guide that out of 27 pax that he was supposed to take on the trip, 7 pax managed to secure cabins on the cruise. I was asked to "pay more and upgrade to a darahbiya" to continue with my cruise. Everything sounded like a scam. I suspect they took as many bookings as they could and only offered them to the highest payers!
This is the 2nd time my nile cruise booking is cancelled, the first being 3 weeks ago with the tour operator Flyby Retreats - also on Viator.
I got Viator to contact the operator before I made my second booking as was assured that it was a guaranteed departure and that it would not be cancelled. I have whatsapp proof of it.
Do not book any nile cruise with these operators!

Middle level
The cute, but ancient boat, the excursions were fine, although in Abu Simbel we were sent to another guide who did not pay attention to everything fast. On the last day lunch we had to pay for it at a restaurant that they already take you. Breakfast was also bad last day. And in my case to drop me off at the hotel I was staying at in Luxor, I was rounded up and eventually I had to ask to be picked up.

Amazing cruise experience with Khaled, our guide. He has good knowledge and explains the history of the attractions well.
The cruise boat is also very good.
