An Unforgettable Nile Cruise Experience
Our Nile cruise was an absolutely amazing experience! Everything was beautifully organized, from the cruise itself to the visits to the incredible historical sites along the Nile.
A special thank you to Bastat Travel for organizing such a wonderful trip. The whole experience was well planned and smoothly arranged, and their team was very helpful and professional throughout the journey. We felt well taken care of from start to finish.
Our guide Kareem was also fantastic — extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his job, he explained the history and stories behind each place in such an interesting and engaging way and he asked us to explain the stories and be the guide- the kids loved that. His explanations made the visits much more enjoyable and brought the ancient history to life.
Overall, it was an unforgettable experience with beautiful scenery, fascinating history, excellent organization, and wonderful memories. I highly recommend Bastat Travel to anyone planning a Nile cruise or a trip to Egypt!

Warning, cruise is not serious. Avoid at all costs
⚠️ Absolutely shameful experience.
I had booked this cruise specifically because it was indicated that a French-speaking guide was available. Finally, I was told that there would be no French-speaking guide.
But the most scandalous part is the behavior of the manager I had on the phone: instead of looking for a solution, he simply decided to cancel my reservation, even though I had never requested a cancellation.
My reservation was therefore deleted just two weeks before my departure, leaving me without a cruise and with very little time to find an alternative.
I find this way of treating customers totally unacceptable. A confirmed reservation should not be able to be canceled in this way by the provider simply because they are ultimately not able to provide the advertised service.
I strongly advise against this cruise and this provider.

Best four days along the Nike
Amazing experience. I definitely recommend his cruise. Our guide Mahmoud is very knowledgeable and loves his job. He was extremely accommodating to us answering all of our questions and setting up everything. I felt very safe and at home in his hands. The tours were all very professional. Come rested and ready to explore.

Amazing experience
Just finished our tour with Mahmoud as our guide. I would definitely recommend, everything was planned out from the pickup to the drop off. Having a guide made it much easier to navigate the somewhat chaos of Egypt and it was nice to have everything planned out. Mahmoud was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail during the tours. He also gave us recommendations on extra tours if we wanted to do them.

Make your Egypt trip stress free
Mahmoud was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions respectfully. Each day was filled with activities. We would not have been able to navigate without him. We saw everything we had planned to see and more such as the dam in Aswan, Philae temple, the unfinished Obelisk, Nubian village, Kom Ombo temple, Edfu temple, Karnak Temple, Valley of the Kings and more.

We had the pleasure of touring with Mohammed during our Nile cruise excursions, and we greatly appreciated his guidance throughout our journey. He was knowledgeable, professional, and always courteous, helping bring Egypt’s remarkable history and culture to life.
Mohammed was patient with questions, organized, and attentive to the needs of our group. He also assisted us with travel logistics beyond the scheduled tours, which was greatly appreciated and made our trip smoother and more enjoyable.
Thank you, Mohammed, for sharing your knowledge and helping make our visit to Egypt a memorable experience. We wish you all the best and would gladly recommend you to future travelers.

A fantastic journey
We have had a fantastic trip. Our very competent and loving personal guide Ahmed Awad has organized everything for us perfectly. Despite the full program, the trip was relaxed. Ahmed is very familiar with history, art treasures and buildings, explained everything entertainingly and interestingly. Besides, he explained a lot about the everyday life and the economy of the country, we were even at hidden stores that we certainly would not have found without help.
The whole crew was especially friendly and helpful, the food super delicious, there was a wide selection of fresh local and international dishes. The cabin was very clean, practically furnished, there was space for everything necessary. It had a large panoramic window, it was fantastic to watch the beautiful landscape as it passed by.
Overall, this was a very enriching trip, our expectation was far exceeded, so I can only give the best review.
