Very High levels of Hospitality
We took a 11 days package from Mr Attarious covering Cairo, Aswan, Nile Cruise and Hurghada. He is extremely prompt (sometimes I wondered whether he slept at all) and very flexible. We changed our itinerary many times and Mr Attarious took note immediately and accomodated our requests. During the cruise, he arranged for a separate room for the kids, as we found the triple bedder very congested after checking in. I would also recommend Guide Mohammed, who was with us in Aswan/Luxor and Nile Cruise. He befriended the kids and provided a lot of details about all the sites, we visited. We hughly recommend Egypt Day Tours.

Mina Wasfy ... without hesitation!
I also traveled in August 2018 with my two boys aged 14 and 12. I can only recommend Mina Wasfy who helped us throughout this journey: Cairo, Aswan, Luxor, Urghada (with a Nile cruise). The organization was impeccable. Exciting tours with high-level guides. Mina's advice is valuable. It adapts to all your requests (small last minute promo the night before for a hot air balloon flight in Luxor...) and has an efficient network of drivers, guides... throughout the territory. It was a wonderful trip at quite reasonable prices. My eldest enrolled in Egyptology and hieroglyphics classes on his way home...;-)

A Week to Remember
I was picked up at my gate by Osama, we took a private car (very nice and clean) to the Egyptian Museum where I met up with Mina. After that we went to lovely perfume and papyrus shops. The next day I saw the Great Pyramids, Memphis and Saqqara. All the guides were excellent at answering questions and had significant training in Egyptology. The sleeping train to Luxor was bouncy but the food was good.
The next morning Super Mo met me at the train station and the adventure continued to the West Bank where we saw Hatshepsut's Temple, The Valley of the Kings and Colusses of Memnon. After that I was taken to my cruise ship the Princess Sarah to rest. My room was lovely with a nice bathroom and sitting area by the window which opened so you can experience the Nile from your room. Then we went to see Luxor Temple at night, I highly recommend you see at least one temple at night because they seem even more ethereal.
The next morning I went on the hot air balloon ride which was also a lot of fun, despite being a very early morning. The visits to different temples were spread out so you can relax or explore on your own too. Mo was thoroughly knowledgeable and I had no trouble understanding his English ( A problem I encountered with shopkeepers and a few hotel workers). I paid for an extra afternoon trip to a nice restaurant then we took a boat to a place in the Nile where I could go swimming. After that I rode a camel to a Nubian village and got henna and bought some amber. This excursion was 100% worth it and really completed my trip before heading back to Cairo.
There were a lot of things that we not included in the price which initially made it more cost effective, but caused some confusion in what I had and hadn't paid for. All the optional extras that I added that I enjoyed immensely. Prepare yourself to do a lot of haggling with shopkeepers and I suggest walking the whole length of the market place to get an idea of prices and selection before purchasing anything. Despite the warnings I heard before leaving I felt very safe throughout the entire duration of my stay.
When I arrived I had thought that this would be my only visit to Egypt but thanks to Egypt Day Tours and my amazing guides, I left with the sincere feeling that I want to return.

The Best! Worry-Free Touring of Egypt's Wonders
These guys are the best. You can believe the reviews you read here. A friend and I booked the 7 day/6 night tour with Nile Cruise, with an added day for a visit to Alexandria (they will happily work with you for such custom add-ons and extras if desired, so ask!). At every stop, a representative was there to greet us, and help us through any formalities and then escort us with a driver to the hotel or cruise boat. There, we were met by pleasant, well-educated, knowledgeable guides, one for just the day tour in Cairo of the National Museum and Pyramids (I believe his name was Khaled); Mohammed who stayed with us for 4 days during the Nile river cruise and who was excellent, and Sara in Alexandria. All were superb! The hotels and room reservations and tickets and river cruise were all flawlessly arranged and hassle free. My only minor nitpick of the whole experience was that the pyramids visit seemed a little bit rushed for me, but then we were trying to do two things in one day that probably each deserve a day of their own. You may be offered various excursions for extra money. In our case, we did fine exploring on our own in our free time, but we are adventurous travelers, comfortable with using Uber in our free time to get around. I honestly can unreservedly and wholeheartedly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great, hassle-free Egypt experience!

Wonderful week to remember
With only a week (including travel time), we wanted to experience both lower and upper Egypt. After looking at a number of companies offering seven-day tours, we decided to go with Egypt Day Tours after being impressed by the quick responses and detailed answers by Mr. Attarious, their International Sales Director.
Arriving in Cairo, we were met by Mustafa who ensured that we had all our luggage and visas and took us directly to the hotel. As planned, we were given rooms with great views of the pyramids which were an excellent “welcome” to Egypt. Regardless of the early hours of our various movements in and out of Cairo, Mustafa was always early to meet us and had all arrangements in place with a smile.
Taking Mr. Attarious’ advice, we asked for one guide to stay with us for the four days on the Nile River portion of our tour, and it made the experience all the better. We met up with our Upper Egypt guide Mohamed at the Aswan Airport and he remained with us till getting us on the flight back to Cairo from Luxor. Unfortunately, the cruise boat schedule apparently changed, which only allowed one full day in Luxor, but Mohamed quickly came up with an alternate itinerary that allowed us to still see all the desired locations and experience the Egyptian culture and hospitality. He was a pleasure to travel with, going out of his way constantly to ensure our family was enjoying the tour. His depth of knowledge as an Egyptologist was exceptional and we all enjoyed visiting each site and listening to his historical explanations of the sites and people at a level our children could easily understand. One additional site he took us to on the West Bank in Luxor, the Madinat Habu Temple, turned out to be my favorite. A true gem with no crowds, amazing architecture and still vibrant colours.
Our last day in Cairo, visiting the Giza Pyramids and the Egyptian Museum was guided by Samah. Samah also turned out to be an exceptional Egyptologist and tour guide, carefully explaining the historical background of the Giza Pyramids, tombs, solar boat and the Sphinx. Giza was capped by a fun camel ride, prior to heading off to enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, she took us to the Egyptian Museum where we were walked through thousands of years of history and saw artifacts from the many sites we had visited over the past few days. Prior to heading back to the hotel, Samah took us to Khan El Khalili to shop for some items to take home to remember our visit to Egypt.
Overall a very busy week, which was made enjoyable by the outstanding representatives and guides of Egypt Day Tours. During the entire trip, we felt very safe and found the Egyptian people to be very gracious hosts.

A day in the Pyramids was the best
It is a week-long visit to Egypt and the visit to the Pyramids was the last one on the itinerary. The whole time we were going around Egypt the Pyramids was always on our minds and we thought it is saving the best for last. Indeed it was the best, our tour guide Mimmo from Egypt Tours made sure we had fun. He made picture taking so much fun.

the very first travel agency we have ever booked :)
This is the first time we had booked a tour with a travel agency as we were all busy and had no time to book everything by ourselves before the trip. Egypt Day Tour did a very good job in organizing a 13 day tour for us with nice accommodations, cruise, resorts and especially the knowledgeable tour guides like Mohamed who help us to understand about Egyptian history as well as current Egyptian daily life. This is a valuable experience and believe me, it's worth. Will definitely recommend for those who are looking for an agent in Egypt.

Awesome
We had a great time. The monuments of Egypt are breathtaking and we were constantly in awe at how they were created at that time. The hot air balloon ride is definitely a must! Enjoyed a lot with their very accommodating tour guides.
