All went very smooth from pick up to drop off. Azza is the best! She is so kind and lovely, explained so many interesting things about Sharm. This lady is an expert of her work. Takes time to make sure everyone is happy. I was alone, so she was making sure that I will get many beautiful pictures. Thank you Sharm Gate for having such professional workers and best organized tours. You guys are the best 😍

Trip was easy to book and quickly followed up with good joining/ pick up instructions. Our guide, Azza, was excellent: friendly, knowledgeable, eager to answer questions and to respond to any specific requests. We had a very good tour of the Heavenly Cathedral, two mosques (one outside only, the other in the Old Market both inside and out), as well as a tour round the market. All in all, a great afternoon and highly recommended.

we was picked up at our hotel by our tour guide seif.. it was literally just my husband and I and the tour guide so it was a nice private experience, the tour guide spoke perfect english and was very informative of things as we was driving to the site seeing spots. we went to the la Mustafa mosque first.. it was Friday which was a Muslim holiday and we wasnt allowed in the mosque but we was informed of this when we booked via the tour company and was happy to continue.. then we moved on to the heavenly cathedral and the same again it was shut to the public because of religious reasons so we wasn't allowed in. we then drove to the paranormic view which had the most amazing view's!! then on to the old market.. I was expecting lots of hustle and bustle but we went quite early so there was hardly any one about and the shop keepers really didn't bother us which was nice we could just walk around and have a look the tour was supposed to be 3 hours but ours was just under 2 due to the closures but all in all a very good trip and good value for money

Our experience with this guide was really excellent. She proved extremely professional, always available and very kind, managing to put us immediately at ease. A big plus was the fact that he spoke Italian, facilitating understanding and enriching the experience with clear and detailed explanations. His friendliness and polite manners made the visit even more pleasant and engaging. A guide that we highly recommend to anyone who wants to live a complete and well-groomed experience in every detail.
