Booking

Do I pay anything online?

No. You book online and pay the driver in cash when you are collected. We do not take card details.

Which currencies can I pay in?

Egyptian Pounds, Euros or US Dollars. Prices on the site can be shown in any of the three — switch using the currency selector in the header.

Do I need an account?

Yes. An account lets us send your confirmation, your invoice, and a link to leave a review — and it is where you can see all your bookings in one place.

Pickup

Where will you collect me from?

From your hotel. When you book, give us the hotel name and your room number so reception can find you if you are running late.

What time?

Pickup time is shown on your confirmation. Arrive in the lobby ten minutes early — the driver has other guests to collect.

What if I am not staying in a hotel?

Use the map on the booking form to drop a pin on where you are staying, and add a landmark in the notes.

Prices

Why is the price higher when I book for one person?

Transport costs the same whether it carries one guest or four, so operators quote a higher rate for a single traveller. The site shows you the correct price as soon as you set the number of guests.

Are children cheaper?

Usually yes, and it varies by trip. Message us on WhatsApp before booking and we will confirm the exact price.

What is included?

Every trip page lists what is included and what is not, before you book.

Changes and cancellations

Can I cancel?

Yes. Tell us at least 24 hours before pickup and there is nothing to pay. See our Terms & Conditions for the full detail.

Can I change the date?

Usually, subject to availability. Message us and we will move it.

Loyalty points

How do I earn points?

You earn points on every trip you actually take. They appear in your account once the trip is marked complete.

How do I spend them?

Tick "use my points" when booking and they come straight off the price.
