We left with many expectations, pleasant adventure but in my opinion nothing much. It is not worth the length of the journey / transfer . The cute port, the boat very clean, the friendly staff but I expected more dj

When paying on site in Port ghalib with a credit card, the almost usual 3% will incur a further 4.5% "commission". You are not informed about this anywhere and also on question what you pay , only the actual amount was mentioned .Also on the receipt then only 4.5 percent appear . We had to pay with a group bill of 240 euros , 259,60 . So overall 7.5% surcharge !!

Very nice boat albeit the sea was rugh the day we went. Did see the turtles and of course a lot of different fish and reefs. Refreshments on bord were included which was nice.

Die Kommunikation und Abholung klappte ohne Probleme. Das Schiff war sauber und gepflegt. Die versprochenen Riffe waren wunderschön und die Menge an Tieren wie versprochen. Sehr zu empfehlen wenn man nicht selbst schnorchelt oder Kinder hat.

Staff was friendly, but the boat trip was not really worth the money. We did see a turtle, but besides that the riff looked pretty dead. Definitely not what we expected, and *definitely* not as colorful as the "virtual tour" on their website makes you believe.

Esperienza fantastica con il nostro nipotino che ha potuto vedere la fauna marina. Abbiamo visto pesci colorati, la tartaruga e il dugongo. Il personale è molto gentile e presente.

Prise en charge rapide et équipé sympa. Bateau climatisé au sous sol. Superbes fonds marins et coraux. Équipe attentive à nommer les noms des poissons.

Buchung, Abholung und Rücktransport zum Hotel waren problemlos. Netter Kontakt auf dem Schiff. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben gerne Auskunft über die zu sehenden Riff Gebiete, die Korallen, die Fische und natürlich auch über die Schildkröten und die (leider nicht gesehene) Seekühe gegeben. Alles aber auf Englisch! Softdrinks an Bord kostenlos. Wir haben die 10 Uhr Tour gemacht. Nicht schön war der Anblick der vielen aufgereihten Taucherboote und die Massen an Tauchern und Schnorchlernim Meer, als wir aus dem Glasbodenabschnitt wieder hoch an Deck kamen. Trotzdem gehört ja auch diese Fahrt zu einer der "Suchenden" nach den Turtles und der einen armen Seekuh! Wir hatten aber den Eindruck, dass diese Fahrt sich eher am Rande bewegte und nicht an der "Hetzjagd" beteiligt war. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich auch eher kritisch dieser Art von Tourismus gegenüber geäußert. Vom Boot aus kann man wohl auch nicht so bedrängen, auch wenn man per Sonar die Tiere sucht. Wir würden hier gerne wieder mitfahren!

The morning pick up at the hotel did not happen - althoug we were in contact with the company🤬 although the Marina was only a 10Min drive away. We waited for one our and got resceduled for the afternoon. By that time the perfect morning conditions had changed and the visibility was not good anymore🥲. The afternoon trip was therefore disappointing but nevertheless we saw some turtles and lots of coral 🪸 and fish 🐠. Altogether a long day that could have been the highlight of our holidays.
