The best tour package and tour guide we had. Mahmoud amin is an amazing guy, very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend him and his company if you want a great time in Egypt. The boat we stayed at was also perfect and the food was fresh and delicious. Clean rooms and great service.

Overall, it was a great tour of ancient Egyptian civilization. There was so much to see and learn. Our guide Mohamed was very knowledgeable and explained to us all the minute details of each temple and monument. He is hard working and accommodating to our requests. The cruise ship was good too. Cruise ship staff were friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had was that we had a confirmed booking on Oct 18, 2022 but we found out on our own much later that there was no schedule on that date. I had to plead with Viator and Mody Tours to arrange a tour on Oct 18. They did but they put us on a 'non-desirable hotel' in a dirty part of Aswan on our first day.

The entire experience in Egypt was absolutely amazing. The service received from the tour company absolutely outstanding! Our tour guide in Luxor and Aswan was Mahmoud Amin, he was phenomenal and took super good care of us. The attention to detail during the entire trip is more than worth it. I would definitely use Viator and this tour company again.

Well organized tour with a great value for money. Mahmoud (our tour Guide) was very corporative and attended to all our needs promptly over this 5 day. We added two additional short tours (balloon ride in Luxor and Abu Simbel from Aswan). Both were excellent. As there are many options from Mody Egypt Tours, my advice to you is to pick the correct tour, which could save some money. On the whole, this is a great way to visit highlights of upper Egypt. Four of us sincerely thank Mahmoud and Mody Egypt Tours for providing this opportunity.

Egypt is a big one on my bucket list. I booked with Mody Tours at last minute because the 9 day tour I booked for my entire stay was cancelled when I arrived in Egypt. Communication via WhatsApp was great. Hotel and airport pick up went smoothly. Mahmoud Amin was our tour guide and he was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable about the Egyptian history, temples and culture. He made sure myself and others were well taken cared of, he is flexible and did his best to meet our requests. He helped me get an Egyptian sim (which I recommend getting when your first arrive in Egypt) not via the cruise ship. Our driver Ramy was fantastic driving us to see the temples and everywhere we need to be and rest of the staff were great especially the hot air balloon experience (it was amazing). It was well coordinated. To get to Abu Simbel temple and Hot air balloon expect to get up early around 3am-430am I stayed at Emilio cruise, the restaurant staff were also great, they look after you well. I’m happy to recommend this tour to my family and friends, and to anyone.

Our guide Bee was amazing 🤩 We had Bee as a guide in Edfu and Abu Simbel as Well as the Aswan Dam and Philae Tempel. He is able to make you imagine how the egyptians were Living and tell you all you could possible want to know about these amazing places ☺️ Also he knows a lot about New egyptian historie. An absolutely incredible experience. Would highly recommend for an easy and relaxing way to explore Egypt and all it has to offer. Your tour guide is with you every step of the way and are very helpful in finding things like extra bottles of water and pharmacy's. Our guide Mahmoud had a significant amount of knowledge to share with us and was a delight to spend 5 days with.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was also very helpful in helping us get water and other necessities on the road. The temple tickets were reasonable and seems we had a 50% discount as displayed In the entrance. The back office who made the flight arrangements apparently did not book our flight ahead. We were supposed to leave early morning on the day of departure. But in stead, we left at 6pm that day. He was also not able to respond me after I questioned him multiple times on the trip itinerary and return day time. To be fair, they did upgrade us to a suite on the boat. So I am thankful he was trying to make up to us at least.

Despite the qqes moments of stress some inherent to a trip to Egypt, our cruise went very well and we keep unforgettable memories.
