Amazing
Amazing ballon ride. We can’t express enough of how amazing this balloon ride was and the crew. Once we got clearance to take off we set off pretty fast. The view is unimaginable. There are little to no words to explain it. The crew and pilot were outstanding. A+++

Beautiful Experience
We were picked up from our hotel at sunrise, boarded a boat across the Nile and took flight soon after! It was gorgeous. To fellow photographers - DSLR cameras are not allowed. Keep it in your backpack or don’t bring it at all. Also, depending on weather conditions, you may have to wait for the fog to clear like we did. It’s worth it! Also, we visited at the end of December - layer, and wear a jacket!!

Lack of organization
The overall was great, they picked us from our place early in the morning and took us on a boat where we waited one hour * there was a small breakfast* they took us to the west bank. The experience with the balloons was breathtaking and seeing the sunrise was fabulous. The pilot was great and made everyone comfortable. Note that we were approximately 20 people in one balloon but didn't stop us from enjoying. After the activity, they took us to the other side again but then left us there to walk by ourself. Their excuse was that the hotel is not too far and that their was no car for us. TOTTALY UNACCEPTABLE. They didn't inform us before and I saw everyone take a car beside my husband and I. The price clearly mentioned the transfer and I even asked the responsible about it the day before. At the end of the day no effort was made from their side to fix things up beside an apology on the phone after I called him asking about the return trip. An advise, check with your guide the transfer if you don't want to find yourself at 7am in the street walking to your place.

Good experience
Quite smooth experience. It’s quite cold in the December though so good to be prepared. Make sure you pick the sunrise slot to have the best experience.

The view from the balloon was great The balloon was smooth We watched the sunrise in the balloon and the whole experience was great! Hot air balloon ride in Egypt is also great would recommend to friends ~

Perfect.
Very good, high security, very beautiful view!
