TIENES QUE LEER ESTO he vivido en EGIPTO. Hablo árabe: NUNCA VAYÁIS CON HOSAM HUSSEIN. ESTAFA.

Llegamos a DARSHUR.

So many pyramids...

It was a lovely day out seeing and going into pyramids we had not visited before. Abo and his driver were a good team and both were very capable and knowledgeable. We had lovely Egyptian mixed grill lunch with fresh flatbreads, salad and vegetables.

Overall a brilliant experience

A brilliant opportunity to visit the Saqqara pyramids, Memphis complex and Dashur pyramids. Having the chance to enter 2 of the pyramids was incredible. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave plenty of history that helped bring the landmarks to life. Tried to sell a visit to a carpet shop at the end of the trip to try and get me to buy things I didn’t need. But the overall experience was great and highly recommend.

A great trip to do before doing the pyramids at Giza

This was an excellent way to fill a few spare hours in Cairo while waiting to connect with our tour group. We were due to visit the Giza pyramids the following day, and wanted to see some of the earlier pyramids beforehand. We were picked up promptly from our hotel and driven around to the three locations. Our guide gave us lots of information about the sites, but also gave us time to look around by ourselves without rushing us. The pyramids and Memphis were all very interesting to see, and it was possible to go inside some of them. There were some great tomb illustrations to look at which our guide explained very well. We chose the option which included lunch, and at the end were taken to a restaurant and given a very good cooked lunch (drinks extra), which was excellent value. The guide was great, and well deserved a decent tip at the end. This trip was great value and would thoroughly recommend.

A great Sakkara, Memphis and Dahshur trip

The Dahshur Pyramids were very exciting, Memphis charming and the Step Pyramid at Sakkara awe inspiring. Our guide, Ahmed, was marvellous and he explained some of the tombs with their painted scrnes of everyday life very well.

Excellent half day trip

We arrived late in the morning in Cairo and were looking to do a tour the same day. This half-day tour was perfect for our schedule. Nader was incredibly accommodating, reaching out on WhatsApp and arranging to meet us shortly after we'd arrived at our hotel in Giza. We were picked up in a private car and driven to each historical site. Nader provided us with lots of information about the history of each site and along the way provided us with great conversation and answered our questions about modern Egyptian culture. During the tour, Nader mentioned that the inside of the pyramids was rather bland and had nothing inside. There's much less foot traffic than in the great pyramids making it much easier to get in and out. If you are claustrophobic you may struggle a bit, but it would be much worse at the Great Pyramid. We went inside the Red Pyramid and Djoser Pyramid and decided to skip the Great Pyramid line which took some of our friends over 1 hour to get in. I would definitely recommend going to the pyramids. Upon our request, after the tour, Nader took us to a Papyrus making shop where they showed us how papyrus was made. They sold papyrus with various art and we chose to buy a couple of pieces as souvenirs.

Disappointment at best

The private tour started 27 minutes late after I called to inquire the location of their personnel. The car was old, dirty, and A/C was poor. The guide and Egyptologist were nice but as a result of today’s experience, I cancelled my City Tour. Fool me once….

Experiencing ancient egypt

We enjoyed listening to our guide tell us the history of what we were seeing. We really enjoyed the step Pyramid and all the area around but.
