Tour is just highly recommended. The driver Mohammad and our guide Alaa were top team. Both very nice and accommodating and especially not exhausting as it can often be in Egypt. Alaa explained everything that was to know and has answered every question very detailed. Can only recommend this tour via Emo Tours.

Our day began with our driver picking us up and being very detail about what the plan will be for the day. Since it was a long drive he stop to have coffee and restrom break. When we got to amazing Alexandria we meet Reem which was the most addorable kind knowlegeble person. She was very over protective about her tourist we felt very safe with her. She was very detail and would explained and answer all our questions and not get mad since a I had a million questions for her. Defenetly recommend her. Thank you for everything Reem you made us see Alexandria as she took us back in time.

We ordered and got a German guide, which was very friendly and patient with our 3 boys. He also shared a lot of historical facts and make the day trip even more interesting

Adventure tour Great organization 👍 and implementation. Our driver Mohammad was punctual and reliable and guided us safely and confidently through the heaviest traffic and invited us for a coffee to our surprise. The tour guide Abdel Ghaffar, who looked after us, was a staid, personable and interesting man. We were happy to listen to his remarks. He not only provided data on the different locations but also provided us with a wide range of background knowledge, e.g. on the Arab way of life and religion. For us this was instructive and broadened our horizons Thank you ☺️

Alexandria is really a very impoverished depressing place. even the monuments are not well maintained. would not recommend this trip to anybody. Also, lunch was bad, guide was mostly unengaged and we were crammed into a too small vehicle. Only bad Viator experience.

The driver was late and he drove so fast and all over the place it was scary. I know driving in Egypt is hectic but this was beyond. We stopped for gas three times because he only put a bit in at a time. The guide was knowledgeable and nice but she didn’t provide much information about the city and other things we were seeing as we drove around the city. She was great at the locations we stopped at. Lunch was amazing. Our guide asked if we wanted to switch restaurants, for a cost, but it was really good and the view was fantastic.

Alexandria is worth a visit, our guide and driver were very good. I will recommend visiting Alexandria while cruising the ride from Cairo is 5 hrs round trip.
