Every tour booked with this company was fantastic! Marena was so helpful and amazing. The drivers were amazing. However, some tour guides were better than others. Would certainly highly recommend them.

The Hot air balloon ride was great and the landing was amazing. Overall, the tour is amazing. We were not happy with the 2 start hotel. It’s not 3 star. It’s 2. Displayed at the reception. The breakfast was handed in plastic bag- I knew better not to eat it. However, the other couple got food poisoning. Plus, we got bed bugs. Customer service was so so. The tours overall is super good and I do recommend it.

The tour company was very good at communication, always making sure the driver was there to pick me up from the airport or take me to the airport. The day tour was awesome, the driver and tour guide very nice. The tour guide was also very knowledgeable, I learned a lot about the history and culture of Egypt. However, I wouldn't classify the hotel as 3 stars. The room was a little shabby and there was a lot of noise during the night. I didn't get too much sleep. The hotel staff were all very nice and the breakfast was good. Overall this was an excellent tour and I would really recommend it!

Nermeen was absolutely amazing. Full of knowledge when it comes to everything Ancient Egypt & just Egypt history in general. Full of life & a ton of good vibes. Any questions I had along the way she was able to answer if not to the best of her ability. I would recommend this tour specifically to English speakers seeking a guide. Her English is pristine & clear & she’s able to communicate in Arabic along the way with locals when needed. Side note: Our driver Roma was a great driver for all our stops. Professional with providing top notch customer service and clean vehicle.

Great experience, my guide was very friendly and gave very thorough explanation. It was overall very interesting, enriching and beautiful. On top of that, I had some issues as my friend cancelled last minute and I had to rebook the day before, Marena managed everything and went an extra mile to make sure I could make it on time and see everything. I'm really thankful for it!

【Good points】 ◆The Guided tour by Ahmed yossry is very good and Recommendation. He showed me kindly and politely. Drivers are also Recommended to drive safely. ◆Visit Attractions efficiently. ← It was very important because it was scorching heat!! ◆ The morning balloon is amazing. The landing was like an attraction. ◆ Before, during, and after the tour, you can contact each other via WhatsApp for peace of mind. I was happy to change the pick-up and drop-off point for the return trip. 【Negative points】 ◆The hotel I stayed at was a 3-star hotel, but it was a well-worn Maryland hotel. At best it's a long-established store, at worst it's a wreck.... This was a good memory.... I don't want to stay anymore... ◆ I thought it would come with a plastic bottle of water during the tour, but it was not provided during the tour. (I got some water at the stone shop I stopped by, but I understand it is something else.) We got off Cairo airport on the way back and got some water on the way to our hotel. We recommend preparing a lot of water. ※It can be purchased in various places, but it is about 10 times more expensive than the market. (That said, it is about 1L/50EGP.)

Enjoyed the tour. They pick you up from your location and take you to airport Once you land in Luxor Someone is there to pick you up to take you to the hotel. Then the air balloon people will pick you up early in the morning to take you on the hot air balloon ride, which is amazing. Once the hot air balloon ride is over here, two guy will be there to meet you to take you to the valleys of the king, and all the other places. My guide Esraa was very friendly and accommodating to what I wanted during the tour. She recommended an excellent restaurant to eat if you want try authentic food. I highly recommend this tour is definitely worth the money.

Great Experience! The tour was seamlessly managed. The guide Midu Ali is best person in my life he take care all of the schedule like highschool teacher. All in all, super organization with the private car, boat and balloon, great hospitality for a wonderful experience - all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend! Thank you Midu Ali !!!!!!!!!!
