Irresponsible and not very serious company
Contraté el servicio para el 28 de marzo y al final la empresa me avisa el mismo día que no compro los boletos de avión y que no podré tomar el tour. Como cuando uno pide reembolso el mismo día no te retornan todo el dinero sino una parte, la empresa se asegura igual una ganancia por no prestar el servicio es por eso que avisan los inconvenientes el mismo día. Mala experiencia con la empresa y muy mala experiencia con el país en general / I hired the service for March 28 and in the end the company tells me on the same day that I do not buy the plane tickets and that I will not be able to take the tour. As when you ask for a refund on the same day, they do not return all the money but a part, the company also ensures a profit for not providing the service, that's why they warn of the inconveniences the same day. Bad experience with the company and very bad experience with the country in general

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR
Avoid this tour at all costs! I booked it over a month in advance, but contacting them was nearly impossible—they rarely responded on social media. The worst part? They canceled just one day before, leaving us unable to find a flight on such short notice. It was completely unprofessional and disorganized. If they had canceled at least a week earlier, it would have been more manageable. Worst experience ever!

The balloon ride is a must
The balloon ride was the best part of the trip. Beautiful scenery especially just after sunrise. The 3-star hotel not really a hotel. The logistics by Nice Tours were excellent starting from pickup at the hotel until dropping off back to the hotel. Essra, our guide in Luxor, is an excellent guide with lots of knowledge on the history of Egypt.

Highlights of Luxor
We had an amazing overnight tour to Luxor.
After reading multiple reviews of Nice Tours on both Tripadvisor and other sites, I was a bit nervous. Though they have great reviews, the Luxor tour seems to collect the most negative reviews. Primarily, reviewers share that the tour is canceled at the last minute. Because of this, I reached out directly to Nice Tours after booking for more information. It seems that this issue is related to Tripadvisor's cancellation policy. Since you can cancel your tour up to 24 hours in advance, Nice Tours is stuck with a nonrefundable air ticket if customers cancel. I assured the representative that we were 100% in! Even still, we received our flight confirmation and tour specifics the Wednesday evening before our Friday evening departure.
At this point, I'm not a huge fan of Air Cairo; our departure was delayed 3.5 hours and our return was 2 hours delayed. Because of the delay to Luxor, we made it to the Maryland hotel at midnight. The hotel was the least impressive part of the experience, and not what I would have chosen for our group. Though by the time we arrived, we had less than 4.5 hours before we had to be up for our hot air balloon pickup.
The hot air balloon ride, a first for most in our group, was amazing. We had a clear view of the Hatshepsut Temple and the other archaeological sites being excavated. Our guide, Meena, met us afterward and he was so knowledgeable about the various sites and history. He kept the kids engaged while also giving enough information to the interested adults. Our package did not include entry tickets, so we purchased them in advance from the Egypt Monuments website. This saved us time at each site. I strongly encourage you to add on the Ramesses V&VI tomb at the Valley of the Kings.
The other sites were equally amazing. If you have the time, definitely plan for multiple days in Luxor. But if you're cramming it all into a few days, this tour really hits the highlights.

I’m giving this tour four...
I’m giving this tour four stars only because the balloon ride was so magical; however the hotel (Merryland) that the company put me up in was awful. In addition to the bathroom being filthy, the sound of everything carried throughout the building throughout the night, and I got about 3 hours sleep. The toilet had urine spots and pubic hair and there was pubic hair on the floor, and the bathtub was filthy. The mattress was quite thin and I could feel the boards under it. I felt like the tour company went with absolute cheapest option, and I would never stay there if choosing for myself, even if was free.
As I stated above, the sunrise balloon ride was spectacular, the people that put it together are so well organized, and it was a fairy tale experience.
After that I met my tour guide, Aladdin, who gave good information, but I felt was constantly annoyed - either with me or the driver. He was not nice to the driver, scolding him multiple times, and came across as impatient and not wanting to be bothered. He walked fast, and I could sometimes barely keep up, it felt like he just wanted the tour over as quickly as possible. I was thrilled to see all the things I was able to see, but if I ever came back, I would request not to have him as my tour guide. He also advised me - after I requested two add ons (which I paid for myself, and he did not accompany me in, but waited outside) that the tour company required I pay $10 extra to them for each add-on, so in addition to purchasing the tickets myself, I had to pay him $20 extra to him on the spot.
Seeing the Valley of the Kings was such a great experience, as I saw everything on my own while the tour guide waited outside. I especially enjoyed seeing King Tutankamen’s body and burial chamber. That and the balloon ride made this trip to Luxor memorable.
If the tour company selected a different hotel and tour guide, it might’ve been worth the money. Otherwise, I would not choose this tour company again.

素晴らしい体験
とても素敵な経験でした。
全て準備されており、たくさんの場所に連れて行ってもらえました。ホテルは最低限のものはあり、ホテル周辺でご飯や買い物など楽しめました。気球は上空で日の出を見れて最高の経験でした。1日のツアーを案内してくれたMajed Hassanさんはすごく良かったです。英語がわからない時は通訳アプリで説明してくれました。お店にも連れて行ってくれましたが押し売りなどもなく安全に楽しむことができました。写真をたくさん撮ってくれたり、時間がもっと必要かなど聞いてくれたりとても親切でした。車や船もきちんと準備されており、快適に過ごすことができました。
ただ、最初の待ち合わせの際に時間がかかってしまったため、事前に待ち合わせ場所の詳細を決めておくと良かったです。
1日でルクソールや気球を楽しむにはとても良いツアーでした！

Very Good
The tour was very good, Mena the tour guide in luxor was brilliant and knowledgeable.
the area that needs improvement is the accommodation in Luxor as the hotel is old and lacks modern features. The staff are friendly and cooperative.

It was ok. Guide seemed to have knowledge of the sites and history
It was all fast paced and honestly the places were over rated. For the guide Ahmed Bahaa, his English was perfect and had a lot of knowledge of the sites.
Very kind guy. The lunch place was below average, with typical standard in Egypt. Shame that the sites were not that spectacular as I thought they would be.

Total bust
Do not book this tour. They canceled on us 2 days before we were supposed to go, without any explanation or communication. Clearly that late we had no other options. Again, don't trust this tour company with your travel plans.
