- We pick up all our guests from Aswan east bank hotels and available to pick up from west bank hotels or Aswan airport with extra 12 us dollars per person
- Camera is not allowed on the balloon basket, you can only use your cellphone to take pictures.

- For bookings of 2 adults and 2 children aged between 2 and 11.99 years, one triple room (with three beds) will be provided. , otherwise you can book for 3 adult and one child in case you want 2 rooms

Amazing Nile cruise
We had a really nice experience on our 3 nights/ 4 days Nile cruise. Everything was very well organised from pick up at Aswan airport and drop off at Luxor hotel. Our tour guide Mina was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and planned out and kept us informed about everything on the trip. The tours to the temples wouldn’t have been as memorable and enjoyable if it was not for Mina and our lovely seven other group members

Egypt with King Mina!
Fabulous experience with a lovely guide and a lovely tour group of new friends! Our guide Mina was so knowledgeable about all of the sites and history, and he explained everything in such an engaging way. It was a privilege to be guided by such an ambassador for his country’s heritage. The boat was nice and the bed was comfy. If you like history, enjoy making new friends, and don’t mind early mornings, this is the trip for you!

We had such a great time on this trip. The food was great, and the tours were even better! We were lucky enough to have Khaled, Mina and Sam as our tour guides - who were all very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Cannot recommend this trip enough.

Strongly recommend avoiding if possible
Travel agency (intermediary): From the platform page, there was no information about cabin class or ship type. Only upon arrival did we realize it was roughly a 2‑star cruise. The cabin was on the lowest deck and extremely old—so old that there was absolutely no reason to take photos as souvenirs. A British family traveling with us also had their originally booked cabin changed to the lowest deck. I strongly recommend that anyone booking a cruise independently find a way to confirm the ship and cabin grade in advance, or book a cruise operated by a well-known hotel chain for better assurance. That said, this travel agency refunded the hot air balloon fee promptly and honestly, with very fast responses, which is truly commendable in Egypt. Cruise ship: The ship was very old, and the service attitude of the staff was mediocre. The only response we got was, “This is the order given to me by the travel agency,” with no intention of helping to confirm or resolve issues. I would suggest the crew only work in Egypt—this kind of service attitude would result in lawsuits abroad. The food on board was genuinely terrible. Many dishes were simply leftovers from the previous meal, re-seasoned and served again, which was unbelievable. The ship’s name is Coral 2, and I sincerely recommend avoiding it. Tour guide: Our guide, Mina, was very knowledgeable, and we truly learned a lot from him. However, I wish he could leave a bit more free time for tourists. While visitors want information, they value even more the time to create memories with their families.
