- Hot air balloon optional tour can be cancelled sometimes by the ministry of aviation due to the bad weather ( in such case it will be totally refunded for this tour )

- The name of the boat is decided few days before the trip when it gets the sailing permission from our government as all cruise tours in Egypt
- Children under the age of 6 years are not allowed for the balloon trip.
- We drop off all our customers to Luxor east bank hotels and available to drive them to Luxor west bank hotels with extra 10 us dollars per person at the end of the Cruise Trip
- We pick up all our guests from Aswan east bank hotels and available to pick up from west bank hotels or Aswan airport with extra 12 us dollars per person
- Camera is not allowed on the balloon basket, you can only use your cellphone to take pictures.
- All bookings for 3 persons, will be accommodated in 1 Cabin (Room)
- For bookings of 2 adults and 2 children aged between 2 and 11.99 years, one triple room (with three beds) will be provided. , otherwise you can book for 3 adult and one child in case you want 2 rooms

Not worth the Boat. Don't be Fooled by Photos
I have booked this cruise form Aswan to Luxor including Abu Simble. The boat that is provided to us is Queen ISIS and it is nowhere the type shown in the images here. While they mentioned it is a 5 star cruise it is no where near a 2 star hotel. The linen on the beds are dirty and handles broken in the room and washroom. You can handle fit a person in the bath area.The food is terrible with very limited Egyptian food options and the desserts are repeated multiple days. All this comes with the hefty price paid + there is a Mandatory 30 US dollar per person forced tipping policy. The crew however were friendly and helpful in the limited work they have. Khaled the tour guide did his best during our day tours, he could be more engaging while narrating the stories and most of the time is given for self exploration rather than detailed. Overall, this is very overrated booking option and please don't call it a 5 star cruise. Would recommend people to book a hotel in Luxor and do day tours.

Best Nile crossing
It has been a very good experience, kahaled The saady has been good guide and attentive with the whole group. The sites visited have been very well explained by him and organized. I keep a fond memory of Kahaled.

Great guide, small solo traveler qualm
Khaled was an amazing guide and made sure we were well taken care of with every little detail, and also has two masters in egyptology and answered all my questions. He absolutely gets five stars. The boat and staff were wonderful, the food delicious. The experience was fun and there was some downtime to enjoy the views too. My only problem was that as a solo traveller, I had to pay double what the couples did for the same room. I hope some day we can change this system or make a single room available. Luckily, they did sit us together as a tour group for meals, so it was a lovely time.

Great Nile cruise experience
Excellent tour, nice sightseeing program that also offer you the flexibility to do this on your own, although I recommend to stay with the tour guide. Khaled El Saady was very helpful and explained us everything!!

Nice experience
Great Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor. Beautiful landscapes, architectural riches. Visits to temples at sunset or sunrise. Tomorrow visit of Luxor, the trip ends soon.... To finish in style we took the tour by hot air balloon at sunrise. We hope to take full eyes Excursions are to be paid extra on the first day upon arrival. Think about your program ahead. Not mentioned in the description, we must also pay tips from the first day for the staff: $30 per person for the stay.

A lovely taste of Egypt
We had an amazing time with Tata! Everything was clear, well arranged and so much fun from the beginning till the end. He gave us so much information about the places we visited and whenever we had a question about the monuments or late at night about the programs, he always answered immediately. He created a real dynamic in the group and we were really sad to leave. All the transportation was comfortable and we loved the experience on the boat. Lovely staff, great food, nice room and a really good bed. We warmly recommend Tata!

Nice tour in Luxor
Our guide in Luxor, Khaled, was a true Egyptologist, could answer all the questions we had. It was friendly during our 2 day tour, giving us enough time to enjoy the temples also on our own.
