Cancelled 3 hours before the tour
3 hours before our trip ( midnight because we should’ve left at 4am) the trip was cancelled without any reasons. They gave us a notice via email but we don’t have a wifi /24 hours a day with us.
They could’ve called us or send us a message but no….
We are really disappointed and we can’t book any more tour so late. They ruined a day for us without any compensation. As a Swiss tourist I would recommend you to AVOID this trip via this agency… Put 10-20 more dollars to be sure to travel.

Our driver, Mahmoud, was outstanding. He made sure that we had the best experience possible. We had plenty of time in Abu Simbel, highly recommend the experience!

What an amazing experience, our guide Ahmad Jamil was really helpful, he was clear with the plan and described where we were going point by point. My husband and I were both really pleased with this experience.

Great experience
The trip was good but there are things that can be better. When i got hold of them, i was shocked when they said they cant picked me up from my hotel instead pick me up from Makani restaurant or KFC Station. I booked my guest house in Elephantine Island (because it is included in the list of hotels they can pick up and as a first time traveler, i dont know if that is feasible or not). If they are not able to pick the traveler, instead of placing “offering pick up and drop off from hotel” place a specific pick up and drop off location (like Makani Restaurant/KFC). So tourists will not be confused and they know where to book hotels next time. But overall, its a good experience. Cheap and you get what you pay for. Thats why im still giving 5 stars.
