Tour promedio
Abu Simbel es maravilloso para ir, lejos unos de los mejores lugares al que fui en nuestro viaje a Egipto. Ahora bien, en el tour tomado se suponía que nos irían a buscar al elephantine Island 3:45am en bote para cruzar y comenzar el tour. Nunca nos dijieron quien nos iba a buscar y tuvimos que pagar independiente el cruce. La van en que nos fuimos llego recién a buscarnos aproximadamente 4:30 am y no era de lo mejor, los asientos incómodos y fallaba al aire acondicionado. Por otra parte, nos hicieron parar en un local en la mitad del desierto en dónde nos dicen que tenemos tiempo para bajar, en dónde ningún pasajero bajo, pero el conductor se demoró 15 minutos conversando (si la idea del tour es llegar temprano, no se debería parar y menos si ningún pasajero quiere).

Great trip
I made a last-minute plan to go for this trip. I made the payment online. My phone was not working. Somehow, Suzanna and her crew got in touch with the hotel and picked me up at the right time. Obviously, I did not require a tour guide. Going in and coming back was quick, swift, and very comfortable. The staff was wonderful. I strongly recommend using their services for anyone who plans to go to Abu Simbel. Waleed, the driver was very competent and sweet.

Good experience
We shared a very good moment at Abu Simbel Temple. Very early in the morning but realy enjoyable. Suzzane was in contact for anything we needed.

Everything was wonderful, big compliments to Suzanna
Everything was wonderful. After booking, Suzanna contacted us on WhatsApp in advance and informed us of everything. She was always very accommodating and friendly. We had to postpone the tour by a day, but that was not a problem. On the day of the tour, she wrote to us at 4 a.m. to say that a few guests in another hotel had been a little late and the drivers would be there about 5 minutes later. This was not a problem for us, but it was very accommodating of her. On the way to Abu Simbel, she also asked if everything was OK and when we were back at the hotel. Excellent service on her part. Thank you very much!
The tour itself was also very nice. We were a small group in an air-conditioned minibus. Once there, we had about 1.5 hours to look at Abu Simbel. These are very impressive and so is the view of the reservoir. It is amazing how the temples were dismantled and rebuilt elsewhere.
All in all, a perfect tour. Thank you very much!

Perfect time !
Thanks to Suzanna, we have really enjoyed our trip to Abu Simbel.
In fact, the trip was long, but we stop a few time to see the sunrise in the desert, take coffee or just go to the toilets.
Everyone was super in care of our group, primary, during, ans after the trip.

Great staff
This trip was great, the tour guide was nice but what I loved the most were the friendly drivers picking us up all the way from Aswan up to abu simbal and back. They were super friendly and inviting and would always check in on us if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend and also thank Suzanna for answering all our questions and help us prepare for the trip.
