Barca nuova e confortevole, ragazzi equipaggio simpatici, abbiamo fatto 2 soste snorkeling molto belle....e Isola che non c'è favolosa.Forse per il periodo non c'era molta gente.

Geweldige dagtocht
Fantastische ervaring van hotel pick-up tot drop off. Elke stop was erg mooi en met een mooie boot bemanning en lunch service.

Buona esperienza, da fare, ma niente di eccezionale
Le cose positive le scrivono tutti. Mi soffermo su ciò che a mio avviso è da rivedere. Lingua: sponsorizzano guida in italiano...ma di italiano davvero poco. Inglese e Russo senza problemi. Ti "obbligano" a lasciare una recensione trustpilot a bordo e ti chiedono di fotografarla con il loro cellulare (assurdo) durante il tragitto di ritorno al porto. Davvero brutto e tutti storcono il naso. Pulizia delle maschere insufficiente. Lavaggio e igienizzazione si riducono a un semplice bagnetto in acqua e un po di sapone in un secchio, dove le lavano tutte. Cibo sufficiente, niente di speciale. Ci sono tantissime persone e barche a fare questa gita, quindi non pensiate sia una cosa per pochi. Ti fanno vedere una o due piccole barriere, vicinissime tra loro. Poi Isola Bianca e rientro in porto. Almeno sapete realmente cosa propone questa escursione. Le foto presenti su tripadvisor sono puramente da pubblicità. Non vedrete questo.

Good weather good water beautiful scenary
The trip was nice, the water and the island beautiful however as it involved both snorkeling and scuba (at an extra charge not mentioned on booking) there was a lot of time waiting for the scuba to finish. The food was nice considering where they cook it. The drinks were poor, warm water and warm coke or sprite. The staff were friendly and obviously enjoy their work. This is the first boat trip we've been on where life jackets were not compulsory and not enough for everyone and no noodles for non confident swimmers. We had a lovely day though and the low price was reflected in what was offered

Alles kost geld
Als ik 10 minuten meer wil duiken, kost dat ook geld (dat begrijp ik) maar eerlijk gezegd zou het één ding zijn als ik er echt van zou kunnen genieten - maar nee. ik breng uiteindelijk bijna de tijd onder water door met het maken van foto's. . . en dan kosten de foto's 100 euro. . . . . . wat nog grappiger is, is dat die op de boot zijn genomen meer dan 100 euro kosten. . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Great first scuba experience!
This was my first experience scuba diving and I felt the instructors made me feel very safe and explained everything clearly. The communication, both before and underwater, was good and they have options to extend your dive if you want. I opted just to snorkel afterward. There were a ton of boats at the dock and it was a bit chaotic because everyone leaves at the same time, but I feel our group was well organized and also the boat was one of the nicer ones. It was three levels with a sunroof (not a thin tarp like other boats). It was called Yuna Tours.

Good trip with room for customer service improvement.
Overall, this snorkeling boat trip was a really enjoyable experience. The water was beautiful, the snorkeling spots were great, and the trip itself was well-organized. However, there were a few issues that took away from the experience. Firstly, we weren’t informed in advance that reaching White Island required swimming from the boat. Because of this, I couldn’t bring my phone with me, as I didn’t have a waterproof case. This is something that should definitely be communicated beforehand so guests can come prepared. Secondly, we were asked to pay an additional $5 USD for a life jacket. This felt unreasonable, as life jackets are a basic safety requirement and should be included as part of the excursion. The most disappointing part of the trip, however, was the photographer on board. Despite clearly and repeatedly telling him that I did not want my photo taken, he continued to take pictures of me throughout the trip. He kept questioning my decision, asking “why,” and continued trying to sell me the photos even after I said I was uncomfortable. It felt very invasive and disrespectful, and it really dampened what was otherwise a great experience. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously — guests should not have to deal with unwanted photography, and consent should be respected at all times. With better communication and more respectful staff behavior, this would have been a 5-star experience.

Great experience...but could have been even better if we would have had boats to take us to the island.
The whole experience was nice...some of us did diving, some snorkeling. The only thing we didn't liked, was that we had to swim from the boat to the white island and was really hard for the children as it was windy and the waves made it harder to get all the way there. I have seen other boats they had small boats to take people to the island. My daughter(7) refused to swim and my husband missed the beautiful island because he stayed with her. The staff was friendly and we had a chance to see turtles swimming when we returned from the trip.
