Excellent experience with Hani Hendy
From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized and professionally managed. Diving at Ras Mohamed was an unforgettable experience, made even more special by my outstanding dive instructor, Hani Hendy. His professionalism, calm attitude, and attention to safety gave me complete confidence throughout the dive.
The crew on the Yolanda boat was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. A special thanks as well to the snorkeling guide for taking great care of everyone and making sure we all had a wonderful time.
My sincere appreciation to Pyramids Diving Center for organizing such an amazing trip. Every detail was handled with care, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, professional, and unforgettable diving adventure in Sharm El Sheikh. I can’t wait to come back again!

Amazing diving experience at ras mohamed
I had a wonderful day diving at Ras Mohamed with the amazing dive instructor, Hani Hendy, on the Yolanda boat. Everything was very well organized, and the excellent crew made the experience even more enjoyable.
A special thanks to Pyramids for arranging such a fantastic day, and many thanks to the snorkeling guide for the great support and guidance.

Great experience with Pyramids Diving Center
My family and I had a great experience with Pyramids diving center. We went to White Island day trip on the boat Bella 3. The boat is very big, very clean and comfortable. It has cabins that you can book for extra charge. We did scuba diving and snorkeling, both the activities were very interesting and nice. The crew was very friendly and professional.
Also one day before I did 2 shore dives with Pyramids at their branch in Jaz Al Fanar. The dives were great and the guide was very professional.

VIP Pyramid ile Kızıldeniz’in güzelliklerine yolculuk
VİP Pyramid teknesi ile geziye katıldık. Çok memnun kaldık. Çok temiz çok rahat bir tur oldu. Personel çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Öğle yemeği içecekler hepsi temiz ve güzeldi. Tüm tekne personeline bu güzel gün ve deneyim için teşekkür ediyoruz. Özellikle Hassan’a güleryüzlü ilgili rehberliği için çok teşekkür ederiz. Umarız ilerleyen yıllarda tekrar katılabiliriz.

A Very Disappointing Experience – Booking Issue and Extremely Unprofessional Behaviour
We booked a Three Islands trip online and clearly stated that we wanted one person to snorkel and one person to dive. We received an online payment link, completed the payment, and our booking was confirmed.
The transfer from our hotel arrived on time, but unfortunately, we were not even greeted in the morning. When we arrived on the boat, we discovered that both of us had been registered as snorkelers instead of one person diving and one person snorkeling.
We immediately asked if this could be corrected and explained that we had the online confirmation and booking details showing our original request. The boat staff told us that we needed to contact the person who confirmed the booking online, as they could not do anything from the boat.
We contacted the online booking team politely and explained the issue. Their response was that this was essentially our own problem. Another tourist on the same boat had exactly the same issue — he also wanted to dive but had been registered for snorkeling. He received the same answer: nothing could be done.
What disappointed us the most was that no alternative solution was offered. Nobody suggested that we could simply pay the difference on the boat and join the diving activity, even though the boat was not full and there were plenty of available spaces.
We accepted the situation and decided to make the best of it. We completed the snorkeling activities and afterwards received a feedback form. On the form, we honestly wrote that we had not received the experience we had booked, that we had booked diving but received snorkeling instead, and that the online customer service could have been better. Regarding the overall experience, we rated it as average — not terrible, but also not something exceptional.
After handing in the feedback form, the snorkeling guide approached me and asked why I had given an average rating instead of excellent. I politely explained that my comments were written on the form and that the reason was simply because we did not receive the service we had originally booked. I even told him that if the rating bothered him, I could change it — it would not make any difference to my life. He replied that it was not necessary and walked away.
Around five minutes later, the same snorkeling guide returned together with the diving instructor. We had never spoken to the diving instructor before and were not even aware that he was on the boat. Again, they questioned why I had rated the experience as average rather than excellent.
I repeated the same explanation calmly. At that point, the situation became extremely uncomfortable. The diving instructor, a man over 50 years old, started shouting at us, telling us to “show respect”. He stood up, tore the feedback form apart, and shouted “F* you”** at us.
This was an extremely shocking and unacceptable situation. Being shouted at in the middle of the sea, in a foreign country, by a staff member simply because we gave honest feedback was something we had never experienced before. Other tourists on the boat witnessed the entire situation and were just as surprised and uncomfortable as we were.
Afterwards, we were not invited to the final briefing. Before leaving the boat, the snorkeling guide approached us again and accused us of creating problems on the boat and being “difficult customers”.
At the harbour, a manager was waiting and asked what had happened. We explained everything clearly. The diving instructor was asked to apologise, but his apology was only: “Sorry if I said something like that, but I did not say it.” When he was asked by the snorkeling guide whether he had used those words, both of them denied it.
We explained that other tourists had witnessed the situation and that we had exchanged contact details with them. At that point, their attitude changed, and the manager took the diving instructor away.
We were then kept at the harbour area for more than an hour while the staff tried to manage the situation and minimise what had happened. For us, this was extremely uncomfortable — especially being visitors in a foreign country and after experiencing aggressive behaviour in the middle of the sea.
Considering that this is one of the larger diving centres in Sharm El Sheikh and that their prices are significantly higher than many other operators, this level of customer service and professionalism was very disappointing.
The main issue was not only the booking mistake — mistakes can happen. The biggest problem was the way the situation was handled: no effort to solve the booking issue, no reasonable alternative offered, and an extremely unprofessional reaction to honest customer feedback.
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and based on our treatment, we cannot recommend this company.

Snorkelling and white island experience
What an amazing experience we all had today! Starting from 8am and finishing at 6pm this day was full of activities. Snoring, food, white island, great vibes, amazing service especially from Bassam our guy who took us around the red sea! Thank you guys for this amazing experience.
