Day trip from sharm el sheik
We had an excellent tour with Kongo. He was engaging and patient with our kids. We had extra time on the evening and he asked what we wanted to do and gave us options. He was very knowledgeable and clear. Kongo, our driver and photographer were excellent and kind. I would definitely recommend a tour with them. What was tough? The flight times up to Cairo and back down are tough on little ones and they can get very tired throughout the day. We did the Nile boat ride which was a nice 30 minute break for everyone. Be sure to include the camel ride option for the pyramids it really enhances the experience. Our guides were always willing to take photos of us too and answer questions. We loved the breakfast stop most of all and the end of the night sugar cane juice was an extra little treat Kongo treated us with.

Great experience for our family’s first time in Cairo.
Kongo made our visit to Cairo easy and provided new unique experiences in a city that can be very overwhelming. This was a great tour.

Great tour in Cairo
Fabulous experience. Kongo was a very knowledgeable and accommodating guide. A great mix of interesting history with fun kid activities. It made the long day enjoyable. The city would have been super overwhelming to do without a tour.

It was like our own personal tour
Reem was absolutely amazing! She is so knowledgeable and explains things really well and in a way you can understand. She is clearly very passionate about her job.
It was just the 2 of us and Reem which made for a fabulous day. Everything was done at our pace and we had lots of rest time too that was appreciated.
Mohamed our driver was prompt and welcoming.
Well worth the money. Thank you

Deludente

Helpful, Great fun and knowledgeable.
Had a fantastic time with our tour guide Nour and Mahmood the driver, never have I been to a place that has a city steeped in as much history as Egypt, learned all about the artefacts and the pyramids, and the places we visited and the camel ride was great, glad I came with my Mrs and wouldn't of wanted it any other way, our photographer Batoot was exceptional as well.

Very Disappointing and not as described. Confusing, expensive, and a bad taste after truly magical pyramids experience
We booked a ‘luxury all-inclusive’ tour of Cairo, the Grand Egyptian Museum, the Pyramids and a boat trip on the Nile. The trip included flights to and from Cairo, was scheduled for 12-14 hours and included a deluxe lunch in Cairo. The trip was scheduled to commence at 4:30am when we would be collected from our hotel.
The day before our trip we got an email and WhatsApp from the tour company saying our collection would be at 7:30 am. When we tried to contact the tour company to clarify what was going on, which seemed to take most of the day, we were offered no information, explanation or apology, just that we would be collected at 7:30, even though we were still getting messages from GetYourGuide saying 4:30, this left us very nervous
We were told to arrive at 7:25 as the driver would only wait 5 minutes however at 7:50 nobody had turned up and we were even more nervous
Eventually one of our hotel porters were able to get through and our driver arrived at 8am
The Cairo flight was delayed by around 50 minutes (again no explanation or apology) so we didn’t land in Cairo until gone 11, meaning we’d lost the morning
Meeting the tour company we were told our tour guide would meet us at the museum, so we drove through Cairo in silence whilst the French speaking guide told the other group all about the amazing city we were driving through
On arriving at the museum, our guide then told us that as WE were late we couldn’t do the Nile boat trip but we could ‘upgrade’ to a Nile by Twilight tour including sunset on the Nile and a lovely’ dinner for an additional charge, which he wanted in cash
The tour of the museum was good if a bit rushed and we then set off for the next part of our tour, the Pyramids. The guide then told us the other party were hungry and wanted lunch, so we turned up at a grotty, dark (no lights) cafe/restaurant with a buffet, although you couldn’t really see what food there was. Certainly not ‘deluxe ‘.
The Pyramids were amazing, although the guide advised us against going inside the Great Pyramid due to the heat and showed us the little pyramid and gave us a camel ride around the Pyramids to the Sphinx (for an additional fee)
After this, the guide took us to a natural oils factory/shop, a Papyrus‘museum’/shop and a spice shop, all of which involved heavy selling
We were then told that because we’d spent so long at these shops we’d missed the sunset Nile tour but could have a Nile by Night trip including a belly dancer (not at all what we wanted)
Needless to say the buffet meal was poor , which we didn’t eat, the entertainment, non-entertaining and although we enjoyed seeing the Nile it was very dark and very cold outside on the deck
We got back to our hotel around 2am
All in all, very disappointing

Cairo tour
The tour was great! Sherif was the guide and Omar was the photographer. They were friendly and helpful throughout the tour. The driver was late to pick us up which caused some initial confusion, but thereafter the tour was good. The pyramids are beautiful and a must visit.

Azienda poco professionale

Unmissable.
At the beggining they were going to cancel and I was a bit scared, then tjere were some problems in the airport booking, but when we arrived in Luxor, FTS (the company doing this) came back stronger and I appreciate it. Pickup was fantastic, intinerary was clear, They gave us a great tour, and the guide Ahmed cherry on top!!!
