- The Egyptian Museum in Cairo2 uur
Bij aankomst wordt u begroet door uw gids in Caïro en begint uw excursie in het Egyptisch Museum. Dit gebouw heeft een ongelooflijke verzameling oude schatten uit Egypte en de farao's. Excellent and well informative!!
Sherif was an incredibly informative tour guide, we were a small group which made it feel very personal and comfortable! The flight from Sharm to Cairo was swift and well exercised, we were met by sherif as well as another member from FTS who made us feel very welcome immediately. We got to see all the sights and learnt about all that sherif had experienced from being a local aswell as all of the history that Egypt has to offer. Would definitely recommend and come back to do it again!!

Saw the pyramids and spent the day in Cairo seeing the brand new museum
Sherif was really kind and helpful, helped all our needs and we had the best time “. Truly incredible and grounding experience seeing the history of ancient Egypt. Food was good too!

Must Do!
Great tour! Sherif was a great tour guide who even allowed us to access the new museum which wasn’t on the itinerary. Would definitely recommend and is worth the money!

Should have done it ourselves
Me and my wife booked this trip for the middle of our week holiday to sharm el sheikh and thought using a travel company would make our lives easy. After being picked up late from our hotel for an early flight out we got to the airport and with our group were given no communication what to do and after much back and forth were told the trip couldn't go ahead and would have to be rebooked. People in our group then told us that they had already been moved numerous times which started the alarm bells. After being told the trip would now be on the Thursday we told them we already had plans and that we couldn't do it to which they managed to book us a trip for the Friday instead. I'll give them credit for this they did upgrade us to business class and we got the boarding passes sent to us by email( which never happened originally). They also told us they would pay for a complimentary meal in the evening (which never happened). No problem this time with pick up or the airport but because we could only do the Friday it was now a private tour( although for some people not mine or my wife's ideal choice) This is were the problems started. Although our tour guide was very knowledgeable, there we plenty of times where we felt pressured into doing stuff and there were definitely times were we had to bite our tongue. He changed the river cruise to a dinner cruise which we both had to pay £30 for, rushed us around the museum and only took us to certain parts of the pyramids as he said there was on point in looking at certain parts even though we had plenty of time. The papyrus and perfume shops although interesting are just a cash grab and try to guul trip you into buying something. We were then dropped off at the dinner cruise( to which on the journey there the tour guide demanded that we write a review to the point he tethered my phone and watched both of us write them, now deleted) the food was not worth half what we paid and then we were picked up by the driver and then taken to the airport at 20:30. Our flight wasn't until 00:30 so 4 hours stuck in a domestic airport. The following day my wife was bombarded with messages asking how it was, to review etc to which she told them about the free meal which we were forced to pay for. They then told us they would refund this and someone would turn up to the hotel to give us the money. She was then sent more messages telling her what to do etc and after meeting this man outside the hotel entrance he would only hand us the money if we left a positive review on get your guide and he could take a photo of it. All in all it put a massive negative on our holiday and we've told my in-laws who are going Sharm in March and want to go to Cairo to book everything themselves which is what we wished we'd done instead of this trip.

Giornata al Cairo con visita alle Piramidi
Gita in giornata alle piramidi, museo egizio e fabbrica del papiro. Esperienza molto entusiasmante e consigliata. Sharif la guida molto preparato, ci ha accompagnati tutto il giorno e dato consigli preziosi trasmettendoci la sua passione per questo lavoro. Grazie mille e complimenti ancora.
