Tutto al di sopra delle aspettative!!
Esperienza super positiva fin dalla prenotazione online che al ritorno in hotel.. Bambini felicissimi, il comandante della barca molto gentile e disponibile ha fatto sedere i bambini sui vetri per dei video e delle foto,cosa molto apprezzata e con piacere ho lasciato qualcosa di mancia..
Un valore aggiunto alla guida che ci ha accompagnato di nome Nabil, molto preparato e professionale, parlava correttamente italiano più altre 6 lingue, culturalmente molto preparato e piacevole nel viaggio,una persona a parer mio al di sopra delle classiche guide turistiche.. Quest'anno,(dopo la 4a volta a sharm) un po' scontenti e sconcertati per il villaggio e certi comportamenti di altri suoi connazionali, dopo questa esperienza abbiamo ritrovato un po' di armonia poiché tutti sono stati disponibili, educati e piacevoli cosa che purtroppo non stiamo riscontrando dove alloggiamo.. Chiusa parentesi, consiglio a tutti questa escursione con Nabil senza nulla togliere agli altri suoi colleghi.. A presto!!

In addition to the amazing boat tour itself, the company manager went above and beyond by sharing interesting historical insights about the city throughout the trip. This unexpected touch added a real depth to the experience and was incredibly valuable.
The boat tour was fantastic – we saw beautiful coral reefs and a wide variety of fish. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the tour company to anyone visiting the area, and we'll definitely be using them again on future trips!

Compelling tour guide/ driver and amazing sea life
Our guide was incredibly informative about all aspects of Sharm as a place and its interesting history. He was also very polite, and super reliable being bang on time to pick up and drop off. The glass bottom boat did not disappoint. It’s a great way to see the amazing coral and sea teeming with beautiful fish. Highly recommend as. Short excursion.

Highlight of our family trip to Sharm El Sheikh
Our experience started when our guide, Mohammed, picked us up from our hotel. He was very friendly and gave us a fascinating tour of the area as he drove us to the beach (we communicated in Italian, but he was also excellent in English). While waiting for the boat tour, we got to relax in the shade and enjoy amazing guava/mango/strawberry smoothies sold by the beach bar. The, the boat tour itself was magical. The water is remarkably clear, and we saw a huge variety of fish including a big manta ray. The driver gave us bread crumbs to feed the fish, and our kids had the best time. Mohammed was waiting for us on shore to take us back to our hotel. It was a really delightful morning out, and we're so glad we got to have this experience.

Geweldige reis
Geweldige ervaring. Zou het aanbevelen aan iedereen die Sharm bezoekt. Haal chauffeur op zeer vriendelijke, super schone auto. De kapitein van het schip uiterst informatief en interessant. Geweldige plek om een geweldige foto te maken en het leven onder water te zien. Ook beleefde en zeer dankbare organisator.
Zeer goed afgeronde reis. Mogelijke versnaperingen aan boord. 55! ! ! !

Zou niet aarzelen om opnieuw bij Sharm Smile Tour te boeken!
Over het algemeen laat ik geen beoordelingen achter, maar ik vond dat dit wel moest voor Sharm Smile Tour!
We bezochten Sharm met onze 3. Mijn dochter van 5 en ik waren op zoek naar activiteiten die kindvriendelijk zouden zijn en niet te lang zouden duren.
Ik heb uitgebreid online gezocht naar een bedrijf dat zwemmen met dolfijnen organiseert, waarbij ik heb besloten om niet de activiteiten te kiezen die in het resort worden aangeboden (aangezien activiteiten al behoorlijk duur zijn + prijzen in het resort worden meestal toegevoegd), kwam ik Sharm Smile Tour tegen. Ze hadden recente recensies beschikbaar op hun website, evenals een gedetailleerde uitleg van alle aangeboden diensten. Maar wat ze voor mij opzij zette, was de effectiviteit en het gemak van communicatie! Er is een onlinechat waarop u uw vraag kunt stellen en waar u direct antwoord op krijgt! Vervolgens werd ik gecontacteerd via WhatsApp, wat de communicatie nog eenvoudiger maakte. Mohamed Nabil was zeer beleefd, informatief en meegaand, gaf suggesties voor de meest geschikte tijd voor de activiteit, en gaf ook tijd om na te denken en de volgende dag opnieuw te bevestigen. Hij was helemaal niet opdringerig (wat ik zeer waardeer)
Sharm Smile Tour was ook een van de weinige directe bedrijven die kaartbetalingen accepteerden in plaats van alleen contant geld, wat belangrijk voor mij was. We hebben zwemmen met dolfijnen en een boot met glazen bodem geboekt.
De transporttijd naar beide activiteiten werd de dag ervoor herbevestigd. Chauffeur was punctueel, goed gepresenteerd en behulpzaam; auto was schoon. Mohamed ontmoette ons en bleef bij ons tijdens het zwemmen met dolfijnen, assisteerde bij de vertaling wanneer dat nodig was of gaf advies en aanwijzingen omdat hij de mensen kende die daar werkten, wat erg nuttig was.
Hij heeft ook ingecheckt om te zien hoe onze boottocht is verlopen en of we tevreden zijn.
Ik voelde dat hij zijn uiterste best deed om ons op ons gemak te laten voelen en ervoor te zorgen dat we een leuke tijd hadden. Je kunt zien dat hij echt om zijn bedrijf geeft en zijn klanten enorm waardeert.
We voelden ons veilig en waren niet alleen erg blij met de ontvangen service, maar ook met zijn vriendelijkheid, aandacht en goede en vriendelijke karakter.
Ik zou niet aarzelen om opnieuw bij Sharm Smile Tour te boeken en het iedereen aan te bevelen!
