The places I visited on the tour themselves were good. However, after joining another tour in Cairo on a different day and having a basis for comparison, I can't deny that I felt significant dissatisfaction. • The tour guide’s English proficiency was poor. He couldn't understand even simple questions. In addition, his accent was very strong, so I had to keep guessing what he was saying throughout the tour. • The driver gave me incorrect information. I ordered a drink at lunch assuming it was included, but I ended up paid for it • I thought the tour would last around eight hours, but it was rushed and shortened to about six hours. If I'd known, I'd have preferred to spend more time sightseeing at a slower pace • Water was supposed to be included, but I wasn't provided with any drinks Overall, the English ability of other tour guides was also low, and I often saw guides struggling to answer travelers’ questions properly. Additionally, I was taken to various shops during the tour and pressured to buy things, so travelers should be cautious. What's more, the travel agency named Emo Tours Egypt is not a good company and a poor customer support so please be careful not to be selected this company.

Worth the price, the guide , Salwa was very kind and helpful, and knows deep knowledge. Highly recommended even for those who don’t speak English fluently as she is very open to any questions.

Great experience with this company. They accommodated our request and change the pickup location. We covered both east bank and West Bank in short time with the help of driver. He managed to get us through all key points with minimum waiste of time. I would recommend to hire these guys if you effectively want to cover all key places in short time

ドライバーのmahmodさんのお陰でとても快適なルクソール観光ができました！ とても優しくて温和なmahmodさん。 私達は英語が堪能ではないので英語のガイドは必要ないかなと思い今回ドライバーだけお願いしましたが、mahmodさんは各地を巡りながら簡単な説明してくれたり、喉が乾いた時はミネラルウォーターを買ってきてくれたり、whatsappで連絡をすればすぐに迎えに来てくれたり、車の運転も穏やかで、とても快適に過ごせました。 長い時間付き合ってもらったのに嫌な顔1つせずずっと笑顔で接してくれて、本当にいい1日になりました！ありがとうございました！

We had an amazing East and West side of Luxor tour with our guide Mahmood and our driver Hassan. Mahmood explained everything in details and very well, he has many knowledge about the history and culture. Also, Hassan was very kind and helpful. We really advise you to join this tour, especially if you have limited time in Luxor.

あるあるなのですが、飛行機が３０分くらい遅延してても、運転手さんが現地で待ってくれていました。嫌な顔もせず、乗車してすぐに本日観光地を送迎するプランの確認や、途中何かあれば、言って欲しいと爽やかな感じで話してくれました。 運営者さん及びドライバーさんから、ワッツアプリでの事前確認や連絡をしっかりフォーロしてくれました。ワッツアプリの登録があれば、便利で快適ですよ！ ツアー中は、１２月下司なのに、外が暑すぎて、日中23℃まで上昇。途中休憩やランチの提案もあったのでしが、暑すぎで、ご飯も通らないと思ったので、早く回りたかったので、飲まず食わずで進めてもらいました。ドライバーさんも朝の８時から、１5時過ぎくらいまでランチもせずに、付き合ってくれたこと感謝します。 また、今回はロクに英語の勉強もせずに ほぼ知ってる単語と翻訳アプリというなかなか無謀な旅行でしたが、運転手さんの人柄とコミュニケーション能力のおかげで、何一つ不自由なく、自分のペースや時間配分で回れたのがデカかった。日本から離れた異国の地で不安だらけでしたが、私達についてくれた運営者とドライバーがとても良かったので、他の投稿者がつけていた低評価が信じられないくらいでした。長くなりましたが、本当に良かったので、日本語あまり出来ない方は、ドライバーの名前は確かムーさん(地元の名前？)に指名できるなら、追加料金を払ってでもお願いすることをオススメします。 もちろんですが、チップは、キャリーケースを車に乗せる時に支払い、ツアーが終わってからも、お支払するようにしたら、良いサービスを受けれ可能性があるから、私達のやり方がオススメです。

家族5人でのプライベートツアーでした。ガイドさんはとても知識が豊富で、丁寧に説明していただき、古代エジプト史の面白さに触れることができました。子供達もとても楽しんでおり、大満足のツアーでした。途中、ガイドに紹介頂いたレストランもとても良かったです。
