De chauffeur was vreselijk. Breng ons constant in gevaar. We voelden ons onveilig.

Legacy tourfotograaf was fantastisch.

Fantastic day with Legacy Tours
What a way to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Great communication from start to finish from Legacy Tours. The private tour was truly that. Mohammad arrived at 23:00, in fact he was early. It is a long drive from Hurgada to Luxor but we managed to get some sleep. When we arrived we had breakfast at the Paris restaurant which was really nice. Remember drinks not included at breakfast or lunch but was cheap enough. The hot air balloon was amazing. Now I don’t like heights but it was one of the best experiences of my life. Legacy tour photographer was fantastic. Got all the shots and more. Onto the sun rise balloon experience and like I say it was a true experience. Pilots were informative and funny and the ground crew were unbelievable. After the hot air balloon We met our guide for the day. Professor Ahmed Elsisi. If you are lucky enough to get this guy you have done well. Informative, engaging a true gentleman. We then went to the Valley of the kings again Ahmed told us everything we needed to know. We were taken to Alabaster where we got to learn about the art and craftsmanship in making vases and statue. We also got a little try at helping them make some. Lunch was again at Paris restaurant which again was really nice. After lunch was the Nile cruise, again it was private and made special by Ahmed as we went on the top of the boat to see fantastic views. I just want to add here that Mohammed was still the one driving us round whilst Ahmed told us all the history of the Egyptians. We were also taken to see how paper was made from Papyrus and finally we went to Karnak temple which was impressive. A big thank you to Ahmed and Mohammed for making our day special.

Luxor Trip
We got picked up from the hotel in private cars, and was able to sleep all the way to Luxor. We woke up and had a lovely breakfast and got to go in the hot air balloons which was fabulous and done so smoothly! We then went with our egyptologist Ahmed Elsisi and he was fabulous taking us to the valley of the Kings and other places around Luxor. Ahmed took photos for us throughout the day and sent them to us on WhatsApp afterwards he was very knowledgeable and we all had such a fabulous day which ended with the most amazing meal we had in Egypt altogether also catering to myself as a vegan and the other guest! Hundred percent would recommend this trip!

An amazing day exploring ancient egypt
My wife and I went on this trip together. It was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We got picked up in a comfortable car with Aircon and had a seamless trip all the way to Luxor. With stops along the way to stretch our legs and relax. The driver was friendly and accommodating. When we got to Luxor we had a great breakfast before the hot air balloon. The highlight of the trip, a truly amazing experience. After the hot air balloon we met our guide and Egyptologist, Abdul, he was an amazing host. His English was really good and his knowledge was great. He was happy to answer any questions and was also incredibly kind buying as water and drinks multiple times in the trip. I would recommend this experience to anyone!

The best tour in ever!
From the beginning we knew we were in for the best time! The communication and planning were exceptional. Our driver, Sam, was truly incredible and made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the journey and tour. Our tour guide, Abdul, was incredibly knowledgeable and provided great insights and experiences throughout our tour. The highlight of the trip was definitely the hot air balloon, as it was a bucket list item for years and truly exceeded all expectations!!! Thank you!

Awful

I was told it was because of a military operation just before pick-up time. It was a joke from start to finish—a complete waste of time. Don’t waste your time booking this.

My name is Renata...
My name is Renata Szymanska Bak. I have recently booked a trip with my family online through viator, from our hotel (Hawaii Paradise Aqua Park Resort, Egypt) to Luxor, Egypt, with a balloon ride. I provided all booking information and i was prepared on time at my hotel entrance as the instructions stated, awaiting our pick up. However, the pick up never arrived. To strengthen my disatisfacfion, my calls to the provided phone numbers had been unanswered all day - before the trip. Once my hope dwindled, I asked hotel guidance. After finally contacting one of the numbers, we were told that there are no details of our booking, and that we need to wait till the next day for any informafion. Ending our trip and a happy holiday in Egypt.
