U kunt de locatie te voet, te paard of per kameel verkennen. Duur: tussen de 2 en 3 uur. Na een bezoek aan de piramides van Gizeh gaat u naar de Grote Sfinx, verreweg de grootste overgebleven sfinx. Deze bestaat uit een mensenhoofd op het lichaam van een leeuw. De Sfinx is uitgehouwen uit de resten van een kalkstenen heuvel die diende als steengroeve voor de Grote Piramide van Cheops. Een tocht per felucca over de Nijl is tegen betaling beschikbaar.
Rond 4 uur wordt u opgehaald bij uw hotel. Bij aankomst in Caïro wordt u opgewacht door uw gids die u tijdens de tour zal begeleiden.

Het verdere verloop van de excursie brengt u naar de grote piramides van Cheops, Chephren en Mykerinus. De rondleiding door de piramides eindigt bij de Sfinx en de tempel eromheen. Aan het eind van de dag, als de tijd het toelaat, heeft u de gelegenheid om te gaan winkelen voordat u aan de terugreis naar Hurghada begint.
Als de terugvlucht vanuit Caïro in de late avond plaatsvindt, zullen we wat tijd doorbrengen met een bezoek aan het middeleeuwse Londen (Khan el Kalili Market), het oude Caïro, onlangs toegevoegd aan de UNESCO Werelderfgoedlijst, of Cairo Festival City, een extra groot winkelcentrum (met airconditioning), een van de grootste in het Midden-Oosten. Vol met de beroemdste internationale merken, restaurants, cafés en een enorme kleurrijke dansende fontein waar je wordt aangetrokken door het chique, moderne nachtleven van Caïro.
Bij aankomst op de luchthaven wordt u in een auto met airconditioning naar uw hotel gebracht.
Als we tijd hebben kunnen we twee karakteristieke bezoeken brengen aan het Papyrusmuseum en de Essentiële Oliefabriek. Deze twee attracties laten je kennismaken met oude Egyptische technieken voor het maken van papyrus en essences. Deze twee interessante bezoeken zullen je kennis over het dagelijks leven in het oude Egypte vergroten en zullen ook nuttig zijn voor de Egyptische boeren die in deze sectoren werken en deze zeer oude ambachten uit het oude Egypte behouden. (Deze bezoeken zijn afhankelijk van de resterende tijd.)
Daarna heeft je geest rust nodig. Zo kunt u bijvoorbeeld heerlijk tot rust komen tijdens een boottocht op de Nijl en Caïro vanaf het water ontdekken.

Über Get Your Gide sehr kurzfristig eine ausgezeichnete Tour gebucht. Organisation war Top und besonders der Tourguide Adam hat perfekt durch den Tag geführt. Er hat uns die Ägyptische Kultur in ausgezeichnetem deutsch spannend und unterhaltsam näher gebracht. Ich kann diese Tour nur weiterempfehlen.

the 1hr 15 min flight from hurgada was pretty smooth , we were met right outside the arrivals by the tour guides and we were lucky enough to get Mr Falcon. This guy had a wealth of knowledge about egypt and let us know exactly what was going on and when. The pittas we had after the pyramids were amazing, an absolute highlight. The restaurant was good, Museum is stunning and worth the money alone. We paid the extra £10 for the nile sunset boat ride which was a good experience and went on for alot longer than we thought. all in all a fantastic trip don't waste your money on the big holiday company trips as these are the same price but have a 6-7 hour bus ride each direction. unless you enjoy a 4 am start to your day

Wir hatten die Reise bereits zum zweiten Mal gebucht und waren wieder super zufrieden. Unser Reiseleiter Jakob hat in der für Kairo doch kurzen Zeit es geschafft - und sein Land - die Kultur und vor allem Kairo als Zentrum Ägyptens näherzubringen. Jakob hat nicht nur das angebotene Programm „abgespult“ sondern und Einblicke in ganz andere Bereiche Kairos gewährt - die Totenstadt oder die Stadt der Müllsammler war für uns als Familie aus Berlin sehr beeindruckend und hat uns gezeigt wie glücklich wir uns schätzen können so zu leben wie wir leben. Ich würde jederzeit wieder diese Besichtigung Kairos buchen - TOP und nachmals ein besonderer Dank an Jakob

Honestly has more included not listed. Incredible English speaking guide. Take away loads of memories and gifts. The museum and camel rides were our hightlight, with ethical and incredible artifacts. The guide made it Ahmed had so much passion and made us feel safe and welcome. If you come to Egypt you must do this.

Transfers were smooth and there were no issues surrounding the airport collections. Overall the experience was very interesting with lots of information given by our guide Mr Falcon. He is very passionate about the history of Egypt but sometimes can speak a little quickly it can be hard to follow. Overall the pyramids and the Museum need a whole day each to fully explore as there is so much that has been missed because time is so short. We really wanted to spend time exploring the museum, however its so big and there just is not enough time. We had a buffet lunch which was ok, but not amazing. We also did the Nile trip which is also just ok but worth doing for a bit of fun, even if the boats engine was so loud you couldnt hear each other speak. Would recommend, but it is an extremely long and tiring day.

Good value for money, day ran smoothly from private pick up and drop off. Mr Falcon our guide is a fountain of knowledge and will ensure any lucky men don't rip you off. Brilliant guide for the day. Excellent lunch location and good quality food. Drinks are extra as are panorama views at the Pyramids but we'll worth the extra...advise you all to take Egyptian pounds to use in shops ...exchange rates fluctuate drastically when dealing with locals 😎
