This cruise was an unexpectedly luxurious standard for the price. The buffet meals were varied and delicious, the service was fantastic and the rooms modern, clean and spacious. The organisation of the tour ran perfectly and our guide Mohamed Gobran was absolutely excellent, his tours were expertly done and he was kind and patient with all of us.

Really incredible experience and our tour guide Mohamed Gobram was excellent! He was so friendly and informative and I learnt so much. The visits at each temple were a really good length plenty of time to take pictures and learn about ancient times. I felt really comfortable and it made a memorable holiday!

I had an incredible experience on the Nile cruise tour, and it’s all thanks to Mohamed Gobran. The cruise itself is fantastic, taking you to so many fascinating sites. Our guide, Mohamed Gobran, is outstanding; he’s a brilliant historian who really immerses you in the stories of the past and the themes of the Egyptian temples. He explains everything deeply, and he is so kind and pleasant. The experience also becomes incredible because you have the chance to meet many other interesting fellow travelers on the cruise. I truly had a wonderful time, thanks to the guide and the entire cruise team. From the food to the rooms to the staff, everyone was so kind, and everything was excellent.

Our guide was excellent as well as the crew of the cruise! Before we start the cruise, it was difficult to reach the operator. Nobody responded to our calls when we use the egyptian number of the operator. The contact with Viator in Germany was excellent. However, they also encounter tremendous difficulties to reach the operator. Our viator account did not work well, we could never display our bookings in order to update changes on our own. But a bit before our departure Viator sent us a links that allows to update our changes., All in all, we could make it and the cruise lets us forget all the communication problems.
