A Fabulous Experience at Giza!!!
Literally the best tour I’ve ever been on, and it’s all because of our guide. First, we were picked up at the front door of our hotel, right on time. A large water was given to each of us and then we were off in a nice air conditioned car.
Once we got to our first stop, the Pyramids and the Sphinx, our guide started giving us some history right away on everything and answered any questions we had. From there, and til the end of the day, he was always asking us right at the best moments if we wanted him to take pictures along with making some fun suggestions here and there. He took us to all the best photo spots too to beat the crowds.
Then, we wanted to add on a camel ride, so he knew exactly who to take us to for an incredible experience. After that, as another add on, he offered to take us to some places for souvenirs. We needed a few more gifts, so we accepted the offer. The places are more high end that he took us, but if you’re coming all this way, you’d rather have the real stuff. We did end up crossing some items off our list, so it was worth it.
After that, we had lunch, that was ready within minutes of arriving to the restaurant, so good timing there. Last stop was the Grand Museum, where we quickly got through and inside. We were kind of tired by now, so we asked for the highlights tour, but we could have stayed for hours had we wanted to and our guide would have gladly stayed with us. The whole time he made sure to give us history and insights on everything we saw. Then the trip ended right back at the front door of our hotel as planned.
What made the trip most enjoyable was that as we were traveling with two small children, our guide kept them at any point where he thought it would be better for my wife and I to go off and see things ourselves without us even asking. My son made a new best friend that day!
We will always remember this trip and if you do this tour, you have to ask for Hossam. He’s the absolute best!

Betrouwbaarheid en probleemloos.
Het is een ongelooflijke service. Ze kwamen 's ochtends direct naar het hotel op het afgesproken tijdstip. Leuke chauffeur met een mooie auto. Nam ons eerst de piramides want in de zomer wordt het echt warm laat op de dag. Zizo was onze gids. Geweldige kerel met een ongelooflijke kennis. Zeer beleefd en je kunt alles vragen. Kameel rijden was fantastisch. Hij kent alle plekjes voor een goede foto. Lunchtijd was in een echt goede plek met heerlijk eten. Zizo is gepassioneerd door geschiedenis.
Ik zou ze zeker aanraden. Het maakt de sightseeing zo veel gemakkelijker en probleemloos.

Rania was an amazing guide she was super patient with us and helped answer all of our questions! The whole trip was planned perfectly by her!

絶対に利用するべきではない
とにかく酷かった、本当はひとつも評価なと付けたくない。
まず、当日の遅刻。
ホテルの場所も、事前に確認していなかったようで、こちらに何度もホテルの場所を聞いてくる。
現地では、友人ガイドのトラブルのヘルプに夢中でずっと電話、ひとつも説明などなし、とにかく急いで周るだけ。
終いには香水、パピルスショップに私を置き、自分はお祈りしてくると嘘をつきいなくなり2時間近く帰って来ず、私はひとり座って無駄な時間を潰した。
それなのに帰りの車の中で、今チップを渡せと要求。

A1 Egypt Private Day Tours に伝えた。
すると暫くして、この会社から お前は批判的なクチコミを投稿しただろう、削除しろと連絡がきた。
しかし私はその段階で、全く投稿などした事がない。きっと他にもクレームは日常茶飯事だが、自分たちに都合の悪い書き込みは削除をしていると考えられます。
このツアー会社は決して利用するべきではないと思います。

Very good experience. Asmaa was an awesome guide. Very kind and interesting. She was also flexible and gave us time to do the camel ride.

Veel plezier
Een volle dag waar we zoveel geleerd hebben. De piramides waren geweldig en Medhat onze gids was zeer deskundig. Hij maakte het ons gemakkelijk om de geschiedenis te begrijpen. Het museum is fantastisch en zou graag een dag teruggaan, want je hebt er zeker meer tijd nodig. Deze tour geeft wel een goede voorproef

Great way to see a lot!
Mo is a very good guide. His english is more than perfect. Having a guide is also a good way to be less bothered by touts. Relaxed experience.

the guide with a driver were with us the entire day. both very nice and knowledgeable people! we had great time! Highly recommended! we were not rushed and everything went so smooth. Our guide's name was Hossam Gamal.
