Decepcionante excursion
Una experiencia muy decepcionante, principalmente por la actitud del guía.
Por una confusión nuestra, le preguntamos si correspondía pagar un adicional de 15 € por el servicio en español para los dos. Él nos confirmó que sí y se lo pagamos. Más tarde descubrimos que ese adicional no correspondía a nuestra excursión.
Lo peor ocurrió en Memphis. El guía nos llevó a un lugar que él mismo nos aseguró que era “de confianza”. Antes de comprar, le preguntamos expresamente si el precio estaba bien y nos dijo que sí. Terminamos pagando 40 USD por dos pequeñas pirámides que después descubrimos que costaban menos de 2 USD.
Por supuesto que asumimos nuestra parte por haber confiado y no haber comprobado el precio, pero justamente uno viene a Egipto y contrata un guía para evitar este tipo de situaciones, no para terminar viviéndolas de la mano del propio guía.
Incluso al finalizar la excursión le dejamos propina, porque en ese momento creíamos que había sido honesto con nosotros. Enterarnos después de todo esto hizo que la experiencia fuera todavía más desagradable.
Además, a nivel histórico, las explicaciones podrían haber sido mucho mejores. El día anterior habíamos realizado otra excursión con una guía excelente, que no solo explicaba muy bien sino que estuvo pendiente de nosotros y nos cuidó durante todo el recorrido, por lo que la diferencia fue muy evidente.
Lamentablemente, no recomiendo esta excursión.

Needs improvement
Did the driver and audio tour. I texted them about there being no audio. They sent a link to a website to find and listen to guides for the places. Was too confusing to find the right guides for the places I was going to. Just walked around no audio guide. Would not recommend company. Driver was nice, but wanted to take me to bazars and carpet sellers. Probably in cahoots with dealers (like many) to get a percentage of what you may spend.

Recommended trip!
Very nice trip to Sakkara, Dahschur and Memphis. Our guide told us very interesting things about the pyramids and had an answer for every question.

Por el precio está muy...
Por el precio está muy bien. Nosotros escogimos conductor y audio guía. Sin paradas comerciales. El conductor pregunta pero dices que no y sigue su camino, no insiste. Muy amable y servicial. Visitamos Saqqara, vimos la parte general y Serapeum, en Dashur la pirámide Roja, entrando dentro, y la acodada de lejos. En Memphis vimos el complejo de Ramses II. Todo sin prisas. Pero el aire acondicionado solo al final y no había agua. De todas formas muy recomendable.

Un'esperienza magnifica. Viste le piramidi a saqqara, dashur e Memphis.. Molto caldo. La nostra guida è stata splendida ed anche l'autista. Consigliatissimo.

Super visite de saqqarah et Memphis en famille.
Le guide et le chauffeur ont été très gentils, de très bonnes explications dans un parfait anglais. Le guide s’est adapté à notre rythme pour que nous puissions admirer les différents sites.
Conduite impeccable.

Magnífica experiencia
Nuestro guía fue Abdul, nos recogió puntual en el hotel y comenzamos la aventura. La excursión fue estupenda y el explico genial (increíble que solo lleve 2 años aprendiendo español!!!). El chico que conducía también fue súper amable y nos hizo sentir muy seguros. Cuando terminamos la excursión fuimos a un sitio muy rico a comer. 100% recomendado, mil gracias Abdul y al conductor (que no recuerdo su nombre).

Uitzonderlijke ervaring! Gids, Mahmoud is een van de beste die ik tegengekomen heb en ik doe veel tours. Hij had zo'n geweldige energie en uitstekend verhaalvertelkunst, waarbij hij de geschiedenis met flair uitlegde en de verhalen tot leven bracht. Hij verbond de stippen van plaats tot plaats terwijl we van Saqqarah naar Dashur naar Memphis gingen. Hij bouwde vertrouwen op, behield de betrokkenheid en personaliseerde de tour omdat we bij winkels stopten voor souvenirs en cadeaus. Tussen Mahmoud en chauffeur Mohammed voelde ik me de hele dag alsof ik met mijn broers uit was en van hen leerde. Geen fan van dit reisbureau, maar hun gidsen zijn echt goed. De sites zijn indrukwekkend en dat al millennia, maar het vraagt om een geweldige gids om de ervaring betekenisvol te maken. Dank je Mahmoud!

Great trip to Memphis and Saqqara — no formal guide, just a driver, but he was genuinely helpful throughout!
Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt, was fascinating to see — the statue of Ramses II and the alabaster sphinx were definite highlights. The site is small but full of history, and even without a guide it was easy to appreciate on our own.
Saqqara was even more impressive than expected — the Step Pyramid of Djoser, one of the earliest stone structures in the world, was incredible to see up close. Much less crowded than Giza, so we could explore at our own pace without feeling rushed.
Highlights:
- Our driver was friendly and helpful — pointed things out, gave useful context, and made sure we didn't miss anything important
- A relaxed, flexible pace since we weren't tied to a group or fixed guide schedule
- The chance to go down into some of the tombs and see hieroglyphs and wall paintings up close
The only downside was the midday heat — bring water and a hat. Overall, a smooth and well-organized day, even without an official guide. The driver's help made a real difference, and I'd definitely recommend this option for travelers who prefer a more independent experience.

希望していない土産店の案内はしないで欲しい。他は良い。
自力では行くことが大変難しいサッカーラ、ダハシュール、メンフィスを効率良く案内してくれて、時間も相応でとても良かった。
ただ、希望していないのに地元土産店の絨毯屋への案内されたのは、疲れており、興味もなっかったので全く余計だった。この点はマイナスポイント。
