Pressuring to give 5 star review
Nearing the end of the tour all three of us were heavily pressured to leave a 5 star review and mention the name of our guide Mahmoud Houda.
He wanted all of us to leave a separate review and I had to even create a login to tripadvisor to do it. He also wanted us to show our review of him when we were done.
Egypt is a dangerous place so I felt like we had no choice but to leave a 5 star review to avoid any problems. This is not acceptable.

Great experience - Rita was super helpful. A good blend of patience and enthusiasm. Couldn’t have been better. So interesting looking inside the pyramids!

On va commencer par le positif: le guide est un jeune homme cultivé et qui parle plusieurs langues ( il devrait juste parler un peu plus fort!!!).
Concernant la prise en charge, j’avais demandé un rdv à 7h à l’hôtel, la veille au soir il m’a expliqué que c’était trop tôt par rapport à l’heure d’ouverture du site, j’ai donc décalé à 8h30 ce qui m’arrangeait aussi. Cependant ils sont arrivés à 9h10. Ensuite aucune ceinture de sécurité dans le véhicule puis environ 1 h de route au lieu de 20 mn car ils se sont trompés plusieurs fois de routes.
Concernant la visite du plateau de giseh elle était agréable ( nous n’avons pas voulu faire l’intérieur de la pyramide mais le guide nous l’a proposé au moment de prendre les billets). Sur le site, on se déplace à pied ou en bus. Balade à dos de chameau ( beau spot sur les pyramides) environ 10 mn gratuit mais il faut laisser un pourboire (apparemment ils sont payés uniquement par le gouvernement donc ils comptent sur les pourboires). Concernant les chevaux la plupart ne sont pas bien traités. Vous pouvez voir aussi le sphinx (de loin) mais c’est très bien. Ensuite le chauffeur nous a récupéré. Le guide nous a proposé d’aller manger, visite papyrus on a refusé car il était déjà tard et je voulais visiter le nouveau musée égyptien. Ils nous ont donc déposé là-bas à la place de l’hôtel.
Finalité: le prix n’est pas cher par rapport à ce qui est proposé
A conseiller ou à refaire: non, j’irais directement sur place et je regarderais un bon reportage sur le plateau de giseh en amont.

Mona is also genuinely such a sweetheart. She was so kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I actually enjoyed my first tour with her so much that I booked a second tour with her! That says everything. 😂❤️
