Crucero por el nilo y vista a los templos
El crucero fue muy bueno, la única cosa a resaltar fue que nos tocó una habitación con mucha humedad porque estábamos en la parte inferior del barco al nivel del agua. El personal del crucero muy amable y dispuesto. Respecto a nuestro guía Mina, si bien nos brindo una explicación de los lugares que visitamos me hubiese gustado que entrara con nosotros y nos vaya señalando y explicando como hacían muchos otros grupos con su respectivos guías. Algo de información del lugar cuando ibamos a los templos de lo que veíamos en el camino no hubiese estado mal. Fue amable con el grupo.

Ottima guida
La guida King Mina è stata molto simpatica e ben preparata, ottimo compagno di viaggio (consigliato).
Meno positiva è stata l'esperienza con la crociera, non all'altezza del prezzo e poco trasparente con le varie spese, però personale molto gentile e nel complesso buona esperienza.

Crociera discreta visto il prezzo, ottima guida preparata
La crociera era stata presentata come 5 stelle ma non lo era. Siamo d'accordo che il prezzo sia basso ma non è giustificabile a mio avviso. Mina ad ogni modo è stato una guida disponibile corretta e preparata fin dal primo giorno. È sempre stato di parola soprattutto per quanto riguarda costi nascosti o mance inaspettate

They didnt refund full amount when they cancelled the hot air balloons while balloons
The price for 4 days 3 nights cruise without the hot air ballon was $375, with balloons was $455, we booked the one with it, they cancelled the balloons ride and told us we would get our refund, but a week later, they only issued $27 refund per person. I called and wrote 2 emails, got no further responses. The web site still advertises the price of $84 difference with/ without. You can add on balloon ride when you are there for only $50 person thru your guide.
Plus, whole day was wasted going thru the Esna lock.

Do not book nile cruises here!
Tour operator cancelled on me less than 12hrs before scheduled departure despite payment being made. Reason given was "lack of participants for this tour". However, I was informed by the tour guide that out of 27 pax that he was supposed to take on the trip, 7 pax managed to secure cabins on the cruise. I was asked to "pay more and upgrade to a darahbiya" to continue with my cruise. Everything sounded like a scam. I suspect they took as many bookings as they could and only offered them to the highest payers!
This is the 2nd time my nile cruise booking is cancelled, the first being 3 weeks ago with the tour operator Flyby Retreats - also on Viator.
I got Viator to contact the operator before I made my second booking as was assured that it was a guaranteed departure and that it would not be cancelled. I have whatsapp proof of it.
Do not book any nile cruise with these operators!

El barco lindo, pero antiguo, las excursiones estuvieron bien, aunque en Abu Simbel nos mandaron a otro guía que no nos prestó atención hacia todo rápido. El último día el almuerzo lo tuvimos que pagar en un restaurante que ya te llevan. El desayuno también fue malo del último día. Y en mi caso para dejarme en el hotel en el que me quedaba en Lúxor me dieron vueltas y al final tuve que pedir que me fueran a buscar.

Amazing cruise experience with Khaled, our guide. He has good knowledge and explains the history of the attractions well.
The cruise boat is also very good.
