Very disappointing, would strongly recommend avoiding.
Very disappointing in almost every respect. Reckless driving on the outbound leg even by Egypt ‘s lax standards, perfunctory guiding consisting of a brief script read after the visit, insufficient time allocated onsite before we were herded - quite literally - back to the vehicle. At no time was there any effort by drivers or « guide » to connect in any way with their customers - no smile, attempt at dialogue, etc. You are treated as paying cargo and nothing else. Be also aware that you will not be rivided any food or water. The drivers did make a stop to purchase water for themselves only though, just before passing around a tip envelope 😂… The only positives for me were the beauty of the temples themselves (although they get very crowded very quickly) and the super-responsive, friendly support from the operator’s customer service person - an attitude that unfortunately was not emulated by anyone else along that food chain…

Gabriel y mina
Gabriel es un sujeto muy amable, divertido y con la mejor actitud. Pasamos un día agradable con él desde Asuan hasta Abu SImbel.
Los puntos que no me agradaron: salimos 2 am desde Asuan, para llegar mucho más tarde, demasiados tiempos muertos. No todos su responsabilidad sino de la organización del tour. Perdimos una hora y media en un video y explicación y para cuando acabó, y ya podíamos visitar el templo estaba completamente lleno y no tuvo ningún caso madrugar, si ya estaba lleno.
Había unos chicos franceses en el grupo, que no consiguieron tour y dió la misma información en ambos idiomas. Yo creo que por eso se hizo tan largo y pesado. Creo que hay mucha información que nos la pudo haber dado antes, en vez de tenernos ahí parados 1:30 hrs.
Además de mencionar que previo a ese día, no nos habían mencionado que fuera tan temprano, tal vez mencionarlo en la descripción del tour.

コストパフォーマンスに優れた良いツアー
4時半過ぎにホテルからピックアップ、Merenaさんというツアー会社の方が事前にWhatsAppで細かく集合時間をサポートしてくれました。途中コーヒーショップでのトイレ休憩を挟んで8時半に現地着。計8人の参加者で2時間ほどアブシンベル神殿と小神殿をツアーしました。現地ガイドさんは写真を使いながらわかりやすい英語で壁画や神殿の移設の歴史についてレクチャーしてくれ、語学力の低い私でもある程度理解できました。ガイド後は多少自由時間があるので、好きに写真を撮れるのも良かったです。帰りは10時30分現地発、2時ごろホテルに戻りました。
ちなみに往復のドライバーさんは共通ですが、アスワンでピックアップしてくれる方と、現地でガイドしてくださる方は異なります。

Sito meraviglioso
Abbiamo partecipato al tour di mezza giornata da Assuan ad Abu simbel. Purtroppo il posto è un po’ lontano quindi la partenza è molto presto ma ne vale la pena. Driver bravi e la guida Abdel anche, ci ha fatto una spiegazione molto chiara in inglese del sito prima di lasciarci il tempo di girarlo (le guide non entrano nei templi).

Poor guide service
The day starts early in the morning with 3 hours trip to get to the site where we met Ahmer our tour guide. Unfortunately guides can’t go inside the temples so what they will do is to give explanation from outside showing you pictures. Our guide was too fast and gave us few information, nothing more than something you might find reading on the web. You can save money and book a tour without guide and maybe find somebody there or read by yourself since the service given by this tour guide is really poor.

Mohamed Gadallah was our tour guide, the pick up service, communication before the trip and the knowledge he has is amazing! I would definitely recommend him as your tour guide. The driver was great as well!

3 stars because we absolutely loved the tour and the place, but the guide (Waleed Adnan) was a bit out of scope in our opinion. He talked about lots of other details not involving the temple, while we just wanted to go visiting. He was also a bit insistent and pushy about the tips, the review,....
