Croisière sur le Nil - Stop à la pollution
Je laisse cette avis qui concerne l ensemble des bateaux de ce type naviguant sur le Nil.
Confort rien à redire, peut-être un peu bruyant.
Nourriture même chose
Visites et excursions des temples Égyptiens super.
Mais tous ces bateaux circulent au fuel, les vapeurs d'échappement sont très visibles derrière les bateaux, le fuel est même visible sur l eau et il y a beaucoup de bateaux du même type. Donc au final énormément de pollution. A l heure des +4°C doit-on continuer à les utiliser sans rien voir!!
A noter également la pollution plastique généralisée sur les sites touristiques, prières aux touristes de ne pas jeter leurs déchets et aux locaux de faire un efforts pour nettoyer.

非常友善的導遊
非常友善且有經驗的導遊，對埃及歷史非常熟悉，也幫助我們省去很多麻煩（給小費、劈價之類）。你有任何問題都可以信賴他。四天的行程有點緊會有點累，但也保證我們能參觀完所有主要景點。最後一天會有購物環節不過也可以跟導遊說取消，我們最後去了雪花石作坊和精油店。個人感覺精油比較划算質素也較高，雪花石作坊要價過於離譜，往往講價可以砍一半以上。唯一值得吐糟的是我們房間的床單第一天不太乾淨，以及船上食物有些些重複。

A great trip which really hit the mark
We traveled with Hany as our guide and he was excellent in every regard. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional at all times. He answered all questions and let us move at our own pace, taking photos when we wanted to. He was able to organise trips but was never pushy or trying to upsell us. Perfect what we wanted.
The tour was great and offered a fabulous sightseeing experience. The boat was nice enough and truth be told, every boat seemed to be exactly the same. The crew were lovely and really made an effort. A special mention to the general manager whose cordial manner was really appreciated.
Overall this tour was amazing and truly memorable. Thanks to all for making the trip so special. And thanks especially to Hany for everything he did.

Enjoyable and stress free trip along the Nile
Very well organised cruise. The tour agency that organised it, Egypt Knights, was very responsive and maintained very good communication before, during, and after the trip - making the entire trip very enjoyable and stress free.

Excellent
Egypt Knight Tours were amazing, we were warmly greeted at Aswan airport and treated very well on our trip. We are a family of 4 and we thoroughly enjoyed our cruise on Lady Carol which was clean and well organised. Mahmoud was very accomodating and helpful. Thank you to Gamal our tour guide who spent 4 days with us and showed us the great history of ancient Egypt. Highly recommend Egypt Knight Tours.

Great Nile Tour
We went for 3 night 4 days cruise starting from Aswan and ending in Luxor. We were given rooms on Royal Viking Cruise, which were spacious, neat and cozy. The food though was little repetitive, specially if you are vegetarian. The guide given to us was quite knowledgeable and he gave us peek into the egyptian times with his stories.
One Area of improvement : On the last day they took us to a govt. souvenir shop and we spent approx 1 hour there. If this time could be accommodated in valley of kings it would have been better.

Une agence très pro qui nous a accompagnés pour plus que la simple croisière.
Nous avons fait une croisière entre Louxor et Assouan sur le bateau El Fayan, qui était très bien. Mais le rôle de l'agence a été au-delà de mes attentes. Je les avais simplement contactés car je cherchais une croisière pour notre famille, et mais finalement ils m'ont aidée à organiser bien plus que cela.
D'abord dans la préparation : ils ont été réactifs alors que je m'y prenais un peu tard. Ils répondent vite par e-mail et proposent des aménagements et des conseils. ils m'ont même proposé deux croisières, avec des photos des bateaux pour choisir.
Comme je voulais ajouter à la croisière une visite d'Abu Simbel et surtout une journée supplémentaire à Louxor pour voir la tombe de Nefertari, ils sont aménagé le programme et nous avons tout fait avec leurs guides ou partenaires.
Abu Simbel est absolument magique, comme toutes les étapes : Assouan, Kom Ombo, Edfu, et Luxor, qui mérite au moins 3 jours.
Pendant tout notre séjour, j'ai été en contact sur whatsapp avec Mr Mahmoud, qui s'assurait chaque jour que tout se passait comme prévu et que nous étions satisfaits. Il contactait parallèlement les guides sur place quand il a fallu faire des changements.
La prestation s'est terminée quand l'agence nous a accompagnée vers notre destination suivante.
Nous avons été enchantés de cette agence très pro et prévenante. Mr Mahmoud est une excellent guide, anglophone.
Pour le paiement, j'avais fait un virement pour le programme prévu à l'origine (croisière + Abu Simbel) Et nous avons payé par carte visa sur place la suite (journée supplémentaire à Louxor, avec la tombe de Nefertari et le son et Lumière à Karnac).

Well taken care of
Thank you to the whole Egypt Knight Tours team who made our trip wonderful, especially to our tour contact on WhatsApp who made sure all of our needs were met. Big thanks to Ahmed our guide for our first few days in Aswan/Edfu, Mostafa for Abu Simbel and Walid for Luxor who all were amazing.

Espectacular!!!! 100% recomendable esta empresa.
Comencemos por el principio. 2 días antes de llegar a Aswan ya se habían comunicado con nosotros presentándose y coordinando nuestro arribo al aeropuerto. Cuando llegamos nos recibieron, nos llevaron al crucero MS-Madea. Desde el recibimiento hasta el último segundo todo fue espectacular dentro del barco.
Con respecto a los tours, nuestro guía Hany, es espectacular!! El conocimiento, la buena predisposicion, la coordinación. Hicimos todo lo que dice el recorrido y más. Cuando llegamos a luxor pudimos tomar la excursión opcional en globo, un sueño y recomendable también.

I feel cheated by you
I feel disappointed because they failed to comply with the balloon flight and apart from that they charged me an additional €120 knowing that I had already contracted a price with you and I urgently need a solution to this problem
