De chauffeur en de gids zijn erg aardige mensen. De gids worstelde echter met Engels en kon ons niet veel vertellen. . De airconditioning in de auto werkte niet en het was erg warm. We hebben onze tour afgebroken en in 4 uur afgemaakt in plaats van een 7 uur durende tour.

We hadden een geweldige ervaring op onze een - dag tour van Caïro naar Alexandrië! Onze chauffeur, Eslam Fkry, was uitstekend , zeer vriendelijk, professioneel, en maakte de lange rit comfortabel en veilig. Onze gids, Samira, was ongelooflijk goed geïnformeerd en attent gedurende de dag, zodat we het meeste uit elke stop haalden. Van de Catacomben en de bibliotheek naar de prachtige kustlijn, alles was goed - georganiseerd en perfect getimed. We hadden echt een geweldige tijd en zou deze tour aanraden aan iedereen die Egypte bezoekt!

We had a perfect day with our guide Nesri and driver. The car was in very good condition. We learned much about the great history of Alexandria. Highligts were Bibliotheca Alexandrina, Greek-Roman Museum, Catacombes.

My husband and I joined this one day private tour. Nesrin, our tourist guide and Dosoki, our driver did an excellent job. Nesrin is so professional and explained everything so detail. Nesrin is careful in driving which made us feel safe since the driving habits in Egypt is so crazy. We had an enjoyable time with this tour. Will definitely recommend this tour !

Reem was an outstanding guide. She promptly met us right after we got off the ship, inside the gates which was lovely. She guided us past the gates where our driver was waiting. He was very professional and kind. Throughout the day, he met us promptly after visiting each site. Reem navigated us well through the various sites, avoiding crowds if possible. She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. We had a lot of fun with her. Our lunch at Brazinos was delicious! We were not aware that drinks were not included with the meal but we were happy to pay for those. It was a delightful day. We highly recommend Reem and Emo Tours.

I have travel multiple times, to multiple countries on multiple tours which I can say have always enjoyed until this one. We are 3 women who took a private tour for the day. Our driver was amazing and our guide was friendly and always smiling but…. 1- she was late by 10 mins (it happens) 2-when she spoke, she directed herself to only one of us and she was not easy to understand nor was it easy for her to understand us. 3-she would walk up to something talk about it then start walking away, if we started asking about something off to the side, she just kept walking 4-she was always on her phone (I swear she was studying the next step) and always talking to other guides while we waited 5- she took us out to a traditional Egyptian “meal” it was a burger fast food kind of place and asked what we wanted, we replied we just wanted traditional food, we didn’t know what to order. She ordered for us, hummus, boiled beans, bread, falafel and a fried egg. It’s been 3 days now and my stomach is just recovering. When they brought the food over to the table I asked her if it was tradition to eat vegetables or salad as well and she said yes lol When I saw the meal I said maybe some chicken would be nice and she said no only a traditional meal is included. She ordered us 1 bottled water with only 2 plastic glasses so one of us drank out of the bottle. She never asked what we wanted to drink, if we wanted vegetables or dessert, while we ate she was on her phone the whole time sitting with us Honestly it was the most disappointing and quite frankly insulting. After lunch I told her this isn’t working for us and she was shocked, I don’t know if she is just too young to be aware of her surroundings She asked if we wanted to end our day and we said no because we will probably never be back to this area Later in the afternoon she stopped for ice cream which nice. The day before we did the same in a different area and it was the best day, what you should expect from a private tour The 2 stars are because the driver was amazing other wise it would have been 1/2 star because of the ice cream. Soooo disappointing 😔

Mohammed was fantastic and entertaining and informational. Philip was an excellent driver. Both of them made me feel safe in the city. Mohammed also is a secret photographer and took excellent pictures of my husband and I. They were also super patient when my husband injured his foot. Thank you. I would also recommend paying the upgrade for the private guide with entrance included. Everything was just smoother and easier.
