Not for snorkelling enthusiasts
If you're really interested in snorkelling, go elsewhere. This big vessel did not go to the better sites. It is also expensive compared to other trips I took. Oddly, passengers were either 'VIPs' or standard. The VIPs were given better access to parts of the boat, shade, comfy chairs and brought food to their seats. Not a great recipe for customer satisfaction to make most passengers feel of secondary importance. And then there were the extra charges. Paying extra for cocktails is understood, but not the charges asked for masks and flippers to snorkel given the trip was advertised for snorkelling. Some were also persuaded to use and pay extra for wet suits which they didn't need. Besides the big disappointment of the snorkelling sites (many of us commented we'd seen better straight off the shore), and very little time given to that, there was loud thumping music all the way. Environmentalists will also notice the use of plastic cups, cutlery etc and soap for masks -- all usually prohibited and which made their way overboard.

Confirmed then canceled
They canceled after confirming. I even watsapped at 3pm day before to be doubly certain. They emailed at 7 pm to say luxury boat was full and did we want a different boat. Didn't see that Email till morning (they didn't watsap) . At that point the other boat was full and we couldn't take that. They stopped texting at some point that morning. I went to a different tour company but by that time all boats were booked

It took 3 overseas calls...
It took 3 overseas calls to book the trip due to website errors. We were clearly paying much more than others on the boat. Wet suits were not included in the $120 vip price, nor were basic drinks such as coffee. Beware the $17 fruit plate scam -- where they make it seem like its part of the service and then bill you at the end. Lunch was nothing special.
We only got one snorkelling stop although somehow the guides made an exception for one couple after refusing our request to snorkel at White Isl, which is otherwise a very crowded sand bar whose purpose on this tour was unexplained. Nice ship, no sailing, poor food, strange itinerary. Other options could be better.

Perfect view, above and below.
Tried diving for the first time.
It was first time for my girlfriend as well. Giving her anxiety, instructor guy handled it perfectly.
stuff had great feel of safety, the instructor led you all the way from start to the end of your undersea journey.
Whole trip (including diving) is being captured on their cameras, so you can buyback them at the end.

An experience you should do !
Not your average boat day trip.
Beautiful experience, the White Island is stunning, the boat is super clean, music grown the Dj super cool, food was simple and tasty .
Compared to other trips on yachts, The equipe of the boat really makes the difference: kind, friendly and always available if you need anything.
We even saw the dolphins !
10/10 would recommend this yacht trip !!

We found sun n Fun because they are the operating tour agency at Maritim Jolie Ville. So we were going on an "Exclusive Private Trip"... Tour guide made very sure for us to remember the boat's name for some reason, which he then got wrong ... Half the equipment, which we were forced to rent separately, had a partial failure. On the day of we find out we were not able to go on the said itenerary. Tour guide was either extremely deffensive, or had a hard time communicating, with any member of our group, from start to finish. Lunch was served 3pm, we hadn't even touched water yet ! No snacks available. The promised "seafood buffet", was pieces of battered deep-fried whitefish. I've never seen a boat so SLOW ! it did not even show ANY Whitewash. Captain Parked our Private boat, tied-onto a Public Tour boat, at the Bay!? We ended up going for a rushed 15-30 minutes of snorkeling. Which was Beautiful...From what I could see with the bottom half of my goggles... Overall wouldn't recommend.
We also had an ATV tour with them. Sunrise tour pickup 4 AM, driver called us multiple times, raising his voice between 3-3.45AM. No hello, No good morning... Has VERY bright lights throughout the passenger cabin all switched on, Music is blasting from the ceiling, he is loud on the phone with the window open. It is 4 AM ! ... Then the tour pictures showed a large model ATV, upon arrival the shed has all small sized ATV models lined up. I asked the manager, who was very busy selling overpriced checkered scarves, about the large models ATV which I noticed were parked in the back of the shed. He replied they have no functioning lights, and since we start off in the dark it is not advisable to operate. He then recommended the smaller machines to better ATVs. I insisted on the larger model. And as it was being pulled up for me I saw ... Light's were working just fine. it was 5 activities in 1, but actually we only stopped a couple times for videos and pictures, and then sat for 30 minutes in an empty Bedoin shed with 1 tiny shot glass of tea. The desert, and sunrise views were of course GORGEOUS and totally worth it all.... Sun n Fun though, wouldn't recommend.

Recensioni false e prezzo gonfiato.
Mentre stavamo cercando di rilassarci un signore è venuto “chiederci” di lasciare una recensione.É rimasto con noi finché non abbiamo finito e poi l’ha voluta controllare e ci ha costretti a fare una foto con lui, roba da matti. Il prezzo iniziale credo che sia troppo alto visto che a bordo ti chiedono soldi per qualsiasi cosa! 80€ e devo pagare extra per ordinare un succo di frutta analcolico? Inoltre l’esperienza è finita due ore prima del previsto.
Abbiamo avuto un’esperienza simile in Sardegna con stessi posti meravigliosi, stesso prezzo ma pranzo a base di pesce di alto livello e alcolici di tutti i tipi incusi fino alla fine, quindi capirete che il prezzo per questo “Luxury Yacht” è super gonfiato. A preferenza è meglio scegliere le barche più economiche perché la differenza é solo il prezzo.
