Organizasyon çok amatörceydi, daha profesyonel organizasyon beklerdik. Yeni Mısır müzesi yerine, pekte eser olmayan eski mısır müzesine götürüldük, koca gün araçta bir su bile ikram edilmedi, tek öğün yemek oda kaotik kalabalıktan yediğinden birşey anlamıyorsun

Amazing experience! Amazing organisation. I am so impressed, I went with my wife. Every thing ran on time and pick up was prompt! 5 star experience. Mustafa was our guide. Experience: Pick up at night time from hotel around 11:30pm The Egyptian museum of Cairo Cruise on river Nile (additional 10 euros or equivalent per person) Lunch Egypt Papyrus Museum Great Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx (camel/ horse carriage ride additional 10 euros per person) Nerfertiti natural herbs and oils shop with free tea Coach back to hotel stopping at restaurant on way. Arrival time back is around 2am Coach stops along way for toilet breaks etc Organisation: Absolutely fantastic. Taking such a big group of people and running on time, I was very impressed. Extremely fantastic staff and your guides who were very knowledgeable and accomadating. What I liked/Highlights: Absolutely do the camel/ horse carriage at the pyramids. As you are with the tour operator, they have a special deal there where you can do a camel/horse ride for 10 euros per person and it lasts around 45 minutes. They take you super close to the panoramic view where you get amazing photos where it is very difficult to get there by foot. As you are with the tour operator, they organise this for you without getting scammed or ripped off if you were to do it yourself. The lunch was very nice with fresh grilled meat and vegetarian options. The cruise on the river Nile was a bonus and a chance to get good photos. Staff were amazing I also liked the fact of honest pricing. Some tour operators charge you and then keep taking additional money during the tour saying things were not included. This tour guide, everything was included. The pricing is up front and honest. All entrance fees to attractions and lunch is included. They are honest that river cruise Nile is additional 10 euros (not compulsory) and camel ride is 10 euros (not compulsory). They are also clear there is a governmental tax of an additional 10 euros per person. I highly recommend this tour. The camel ride at the pyramids is a once in a lifetime experience, absolutely amazing and surreal Well done to this tour company, they have absolutely done a brilliant job with the organisation of this. Peccato non si possano dare zero stelle!!! Esperienza che non rifaremmo e non consiglierei ad altre persone, troppo tempo perso inutilmente a visitare attrazioni inutili dove sicuramente la guida aveva il suo tornaconto personale sulle vendite in accordo con i commercianti, come il laboratorio dei profumi o il negozio dei papiri dove siamo rimasti quasi 2 ore tra uno e l’altro , invece per piramidi e sfinge che erano l attrazione principale solo 1 ora e 15 minuti ,siamo arrivati alle 15.45 e alle 17 il sito archeologico chiudeva . Perciò abbiamo dovuto fare tutto di fretta vedendo poco e male. Assolutamente non un bel trattamento. Oltretutto ci hanno chiesto 4 volte dei soldi per le tasse governative, che avevamo già pagato, in maniera arrogante e molto maleducata, solo dopo che ho fatto vedere i messaggi che ho mandato al tour operator dove anche lui diceva di non pagare, hanno smesso di chiedermi i soldi. Esperienza da dimenticare, soldi buttati !!!!! Evitate!

Grote bus dus redelijk comfortabel. +- 12 uur in de bus gezeten in totaal. Kort bezoek aan het Egyptische museum (het oude, niet de nieuwe). Gedurende de dag meerdere betaalde opties waarvan we niet op de hoogte waren. Eén optie kon je eigenlijk niet overslaan (boottocht ipv bus naar lunch). Kijk goed naar de beschrijving: Entree om een piramide in te gaan zat er niet bij inbegrepen. Geen tijd meer gehad om te winkelen. Avondeten niet inbegrepen maar goed geregeld: McDonald's in de bus. Maar wel een geslaagde lange dag. Extra kosten die wij kwijt waren per persoon was € 68,00. (Visa, toeristenbelasting, boottocht, uitzichtpunt piramides, avondeten)

Ci siamo trovati benissimo durante tutto il tour. Le nostre guide sono state fantastiche: in particolare la guida in italiano proposta dall’organizzazione è stata super professionale, sempre attenta alle nostre esigenze e presente in ogni momento. Ci ha dato consigli davvero utili, soprattutto nella zona delle Piramidi, permettendoci di fare tutto senza spendere soldi inutilmente. Grazie ai suoi suggerimenti siamo riusciti a entrare nelle piramidi e a fare sia il giro in cammello che quello a cavallo, sfruttando al massimo tutte le attività disponibili. Anche i ragazzi del tour, in particolare Fahd, sono stati molto bravi, disponibili e sempre pronti ad aiutarci. Sicuramente un’esperienza da fare. Il viaggio in pullman non è stato per niente stancante: si viaggia di notte e si riesce a riposare tranquillamente. Un’esperienza indimenticabile, da vivere almeno una volta nella vita.

Fantstic trip but the journey is long 8 hours each way. This was worth it. We started at the museum. Followed by a nile cruise with dinner then onto the pyramids. Lifetime experiance and well worth the trip. We had Nabil and he was fantastic and very knowlegdeable. Highly recommend him

Nous avons été extrêmement déçus par cette activité, principalement à cause d’une organisation catastrophique. Dès le départ, tout laissait à désirer : un ramassage prévu à 00h25, mais un véritable départ de la gare routière seulement à 2h30 du matin. Tout au long de la journée, nous avons subi de longues attentes, des arrêts improbables et non annoncés, sans aucune explication. On avait clairement l’impression d’être considérés comme de simples “billets sur pattes”, chaque arrêt étant prétexte à nous faire dépenser davantage. Le programme, lui, n’a jamais été communiqué clairement, ni dans la description lors de la réservation ni sur place. On découvrait les étapes au fur et à mesure, sans aucune visibilité. La visite du musée a été expédiée en 1 heure, dont seulement 30 minutes avec un guide, puis 30 minutes en autonomie. Quant aux soi-disant “activités non annoncés dans la description » parfumerie, papyrus, croisière sur le Nil, il ne s’agit en réalité que de pures séances de vente forcée, sans aucun intérêt culturel, tout cela en supplément dit « extra-charge ». Le repas du soir n’était pas inclus, ce qui n’est pas un problème en soi, seulement les repas proposés ont été facturées plus cher que le prix affiché par le restaurateur. Et pour couronner le tout, la découverte des pyramides – pourtant le moment tant attendu – a été expédiée : 30 minutes sur le site des pyramides, puis 30 minutes au Sphinx, en étant pressés en permanence. Cette expérience a vraiment gâché notre découverte de ce lieu mythique. Nous déconseillons fortement de réserver auprès de cette compagnie. Si vous souhaitez profiter pleinement de votre visite, mieux vaut contacter un guide indépendant qui vous accompagnera vers le Nouveau Musée et vous offrira une expérience bien plus agréable et authentique.
