First a warning, this is a long day. We were picked up from the hotel at 04:15 and arrived back at 22:30. Plus you must have your Visa sorted beforehand. The pyramids and sphinx are breathtaking and the reason why I have rated this experience with 3 stars. Well worth seeing but I would not go again with this guide company. We selected the option to go to the Grand Egyptian museum, wanting to see the Tutankhamun exhibition but were instead taken to the other museum (which was ok but not what we had selected) with our guide saying that the GEM was 'like a shopping mall'. And we felt rushed at the museum to make more time at Papyrus shop and Perfumed Oil shop which were not even mentioned in the itinerary and the pressure to buy in these places was very high. We also visited similar shops in a TUI excursion without being under such pressure. Even with the souvenir sellers at the pyramids, our guide was rushing us past some to visit his recommended trader. The meal was at a buffet with plenty of options, no issues with that at all good food and good selection. Finally we were dropped back at the airport at 17:00 with over 3 hours to wait to board our flight home. Although I absolutely loved the pyramids and sphinx, as i said breathtaking, the rest of the day was rather ruined by the museum we were taken to and the hard sell in the shops. We were even pushed to try and leave a review in the presence of the guide so he could see what we were writing. I declined so that I could compose my real thoughts despite the adrenalin from seeing the Pyramids.

Preciso primeiro dizer que estamos no Egito país Árabe e Africano, marquei como qualquer europeu com família com algum receio, depois veio a agradável surpresa, assim que marquei comecei logo a receber toda a informação por watsup da FTS (incríveis com tudo), Vieram buscar-nos ao Hotem bem cedo, chegamos ao aeroporto doméstico e apanhamos logo o avião para o Cairo no horário. No Cairo já estava um representante da FTS que nos encaminhou ao Condutor, Fotógrafo Omar (muito profissional e simpático) e o guia Ibrahim Hamed, realmente muito conhecedor de toda a história do Egipto, com esta equipa nós parecíamos umas estrelas no Cairo, era um dia de feriado então estava tudo muito cheio mas o Ibrahim furou todas as filas no Museu e nas Pirâmides a simpatia de todos fez esta visita agradável, o almoço muito bom e claro a passagem obrigatória da fábrica de papiros e perfumes onde gastamos o dinheiro todo 😂, o nosso voo de volta atrasou duas horas por motivos técnicos do avião mas a FTS esteve sempre um contacto conosco e o motorista aguardou 4 horas no aeroporto de Hurgada para nos trazer ao hotel. Resumindo de Hurgada para a Pirâmides de avião só com a FTS ❤️
