運転手は大丈夫でした。私たちのガイドはとても流暢な英語を話し、すべての史跡について非常に知識が豊富でした。問題は、彼らが私たちをアラバスターの店に連れてきた時だけでした。プライベートツアーなのに、大規模なツアーバスのグループもいるセールスピッチに連れてこられるとは思っていませんでした。とても不快でした。プライベートツアーにしてはもっと良いものを期待していました。

Early Start is a Must for West Banks
It was a smooth and well-organized tour overall. We really appreciated the 6:00 AM start, which allowed us to stay ahead of the crowds and take some great photos. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly throughout. We would definitely recommend hiring a guide, along with a friendly reminder that bottles of water should be provided — Luxor is extremely hot, and the walk was quite exhausting. That said, we absolutely loved the tunnels and temples!

A must for visiting Egypt!
What a cool place to visit! We had a wonderful tour of the West Bank going to the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut's temple, and Medinet Habu. We learned so much during the trip and loved our experience. Would definitely recommend for others!

A fantastic day tour of the west bank with a brilliant guide!
We had a fantastic day visiting five different locations on the West Bank of the Nile. Our guide Sayed Gamal was brilliant, he was extremely knowledgeable and always ensured that we were having a good time. Our driver Salah was great. Both Sayed and Salah were friendly and hospitable. I would highly recommend this tour and especially our guide! 5 stars!

Highly recommended Luxor private tour – perfectly planned day
We had an amazing full-day tour in Luxor and were truly relieved that everything went so smoothly. Our tour guide, Esraa, was absolutely fantastic. She explained everything in great detail about the temples, history, and all the important sites in a very clear and engaging way. The whole day was perfectly organized — from the stops to the sightseeing and even the shopping breaks. Everything was well thought out and never felt rushed. We booked a private tour, and it was completely tailored to us, which made the experience even more special and comfortable. I would highly recommend Esraa to anyone visiting Luxor. She made our day unforgettable!

Poor guiding experience and rushed itinerary
I booked a full-day Luxor West Bank tour with a car and guide, specifically choosing the option that included an Egyptologist. The guide did not appear to be an Egyptologist, and the level of knowledge did not match what was advertised. At the start of the day, several sites listed in the itinerary were presented as optional, and the guide appeared to plan a much shorter route. I had to insist on covering the locations included in the original itinerary. Even then, the schedule was rushed, with repeated pressure to finish early. At the Valley of the Kings, the experience was particularly disappointing. The guide gave only a very brief introduction and then directed me toward a few tombs before leaving to sit at a nearby café. I ended up visiting most of the tombs on my own. While I understand that guides may not be allowed inside certain tombs, I observed other guides actively engaging with their groups outside, helping them choose tombs and providing context. In this case, there was minimal guidance, and when I asked questions, the recommendations felt rushed and not very informative. A similar pattern continued at other sites, including Hatshepsut Temple, where the guide again provided only a brief overview before stepping away. There was very limited engagement throughout the day, and little effort to enhance the experience, whether through detailed explanations or even basic assistance like helping with photos. Towards the end of the tour, the guide also insisted on a tip, which felt uncomfortable given the overall experience. Overall, the tour lacked depth, coordination, and professionalism. I would recommend confirming expectations very clearly in advance or considering other operators.
