🌟 Sternentour in Hurghada – mit Höhen und Tiefen 🌟

Anreise: Die Fahrt zum Zielort war leider sehr holprig und unangenehm. Wir sind durch eine steinige Wüstenlandschaft gefahren, und es gab keine befestigte Straße – nur eine harte Offroad-Piste. Für eine Tour, die offenbar regelmäßig stattfindet, wäre es wirklich das Mindeste, zumindest einen halbwegs komfortablen Weg zu schaffen. Das mindert leider den Gesamteindruck erheblich, vor allem für Familien oder ältere Teilnehmer. Beduinenbesuch: Positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Begegnung mit dem Beduinenvolk. Die Menschen dort waren sehr freundlich, wir wurden herzlich empfangen und konnten einen kleinen Einblick in ihre Lebensweise gewinnen – ein kulturelles Highlight. Reiseleitung: Ein großes Plus war unser Guide Alexander. Er war sehr engagiert, hilfsbereit und hat viele interessante Informationen über Land, Leute und den Sternenhimmel vermittelt. Seine ruhige und kompetente Art hat der Tour Struktur gegeben. Sternenhimmel: Das Beobachten des Sternenhimmels war in Ordnung – allerdings hatte ich mir persönlich etwas mehr Magie erhofft. Vielleicht lag es am Zeitpunkt oder an der Organisation, aber das „Wow-Gefühl“ blieb ein wenig aus. Trotzdem war es schön, fernab der Stadtlichter den Himmel zu betrachten. Organisation: Insgesamt hätte die Organisation definitiv besser sein können. Der Ablauf wirkte etwas chaotisch und improvisiert, besonders in Bezug auf die Logistik und den Komfort. Fazit: Wer Abenteuer in der Wüste sucht und ein wenig Geduld mitbringt, kann hier interessante Eindrücke sammeln. Wer jedoch Wert auf Komfort, klare Abläufe und ein durchdachtes Konzept legt, sollte sich bewusst sein, dass die Tour Verbesserungspotenzial hat. Für mich ein durchwachsenes Erlebnis mit einigen schönen Momenten.

Amazing stargazing with a side of desert adrenaline!

Excellent experience and certainly a different afternoon/evening adventure! Don't be put off by the jeep just buckle up for the ride. First things first, jeeps are not air conditioned so dress accordingly and have some cash to pay the taxes when your collected. The jeep safari across the desert is bumpy yet thrilling, but more wondrous is how any driver finds there way! Miraculous! The bedouin camp is interesting, camel ride is short and sweet but give your phone to your camel guide and they take some great pics! Bedouin tea and flatbread are lovely so make sure you try. Now to watch the sunset... One thing we didn't know was we needed to ascend a small mountain for this... So our advice wear appropriate footwear! It's rocky and loose stone so take care and go slow and steady both up and down! Sunset is beautiful so it's worth it! Dinner by candlelight was lovely, food all cooked well and presented nicely. I'm fussy eater but still managed to eat! Now the stars... Simply amazing... Beautiful clear skies shared millions of stars and Adam our guide gave lots of information about stars and navigation.. Truly fascinating and something we will never forget! Then the return jeep ride, a little less bumpy on the way back. Something to note, the trip says 5 hrs approx, they didn't factor in Egyptian time so it's actually more like 6.5hrs before you are back at your hotel but it's so worth it. Big thank you to Arabi our guide and Abdul our crazy driver, both were very funny, slight adrenaline junkies but took care of us all and got us all back safe and sound!

All around perfect

Fantastic experience all round. Jeep ride was hilariously fun with all the bumps/hills - felt like a roller coaster! (Probably not great if you have back problems though!) the camel riding was great, only short ride but can’t expect much more for the total price here, the sunset view was beautiful from the mountain top and our guide Adam was very knowledgeable and funny throughout. Even trinkets were reasonably priced from the locals. Stargazing took the prize of best feature, honestly breathtaking and again very knowledgeable guides showing the constellations etc. would visit again in a heartbeat

Dreadful experience!

This is terrible!!! Absolute waste of money! Dreadful experience. They tried to squeeze us into a landrover that is like a police van. Not enough space and terrible to sit cramped for grown people for 2 hours ride there and back. No driving into sunset. We had to walk a hell of a steep path to "watch" a bit of sunset. The show was dreadful. Uninformed and just bad. Then they charged us for photos with the stars which, when we received it looks NOTHING like what they showed us and like images taken by a 5 year old. Food was mediocre and must have been ordered from outside. Just overall really terrible.

I felt completely disconnected from the hustle and bustle of the world, truly reconnecting with nature. Overall, it was a genuinely unique experience. Whether you’re an adventure seeker or just a star lover, this trip with Egyptra is a must-do. I can’t wait to do it all over again

Magnifique !

Très belle aventure en jeep dans le désert. Bel accueil sur place et découverte du style de vie bédouin. Coucher de soleil majestueux avec des paysages magnifiques à 360°. Excellent repas buffet. Observation des étoiles avec explications très intéressantes. Grand merci au guide (Nasser). Horaire de prise en charge et de retour différents de ceux indiqués sur le site. Dans les faits, 16h15 - 22h15. Expérience à recommander sans réserve !

Awesome experience.

Throughly enjoyable experience, went into it thinking it could be 50/50 in the jeep and food but both were amazing, the photographer Ali was very approachable and a nice person. The star gazing, although being a full moon, was very informative and very interesting. Adam, who was the astronomer and tour guide was extremely impressive in his knowledge of the night sky and spoke well. 100% would do again and recommend very highly.
