We had a fantastic day! The guide and driver were on time, and we were even surprised to have a private car despite having booked a small group tour. Our guide, Karim, was wonderful; he provided us with lots of information in excellent French and was very warm and welcoming to the children! The lunch included in the tour was delicious. We highly recommend this experience!

We organised a trip from Alexandria to see German, Italian and Commonwealth war cemeteries and museum in El Alamein. Our guide, Mohammed, was excellent. He had a great sense of humour and fluent English, with lots of interesting facts which informed our visit. We were able to go inside the German and Italian buildings, to fully appreciate losses on all sides.

导游不错，讲解清楚风趣。车子太烂了，又破又旧，脚都没有地方放。因为是长途，来回6个多小时，非常不舒服，9个人挤那么小的面包车，座位间隔太小，脚都动不了。午餐海边餐厅非常不错，位置也好，烤鱼饭也好吃，推荐。

Von den verfügbaren Optionen wählten wir den deutschsprachigen Guide + Fahrt & Eintritte. Bei der Abholung hieß es dann der Guide wird in Alexandria dazustoßen. Vor Ort war nur ein englischsparichger Guide der uns erzählte es gibt keinen deutschen Guide, wir sollen uns den Audioguide anhören den wir via Mail bekommen haben. Diese günstigere Option war auch nicht möglich da wir keine Mail bekommen haben (auch nichts im Spam Ordner). Meine Begleitung kann kein Englisch. Der Guide kann uns nicht weiter helfen. (Kann der Guide ja nichts für) Genervt haben also im Nachinein eine Erstattung des Guides angefragt und waren bereit für Fahrt und Eintritte zu bezahlen, ohne kompensation und das Thema schnell abzuhaken. Dieses mehr als Faire Angebot unsererseits wurde vom Veranstalter abgelehnt, dafür fragte der Fahrer penetrant nach Trinkgeld und stellte sich uns in den Weg als wir das Fahrzeug verlassen wollten.
