Great tour
Guide Menna was very friendly and informative. Driver Mohammad was always on time. The tour was very interesting, especially going into one of the pyramids. Food was very good with lots to eat.

The itinerary covered...
The itinerary covered Saqqara, Dashur, and Memphis as planned, and the schedule was generally respected. Transportation was organized and everything ran smoothly from a logistical point of view. However, the overall experience could have been much more engaging. The guide provided only very basic information at each site, mostly limited to general facts. When I asked additional questions, the answers were brief and not very detailed, which made the visit feel somewhat superficial. Given the historical importance of these sites, I expected more in-depth explanations, context, and storytelling. With a more enthusiastic and informative guide, the tour could have been far more interesting and memorable.

Emo Tours (Mostafa - Tour Guide) Scammers
Worst service ever, do not book at Emo tours and please read my comment below carefully before booking. Firstly the guide did not arrive on time and neither reached out to me, I had to call the company and he arrived late. Secondly, please always ask for an Egyptologist and not a tour guide, the idiot I received was a tour guide. He was completely useless, misbehaving and as all others always behind your money. The Tour guide was “Mostafa” he did not know a single thing about the place we visited ( Saqqara & Dahsur ) and he was just showing us places without explaining what it is or the history about it. The other thing he did was, he asked the gatekeepers at the site to explain me about the history while he was also carefully enjoying and understanding the explanation and later asked us to tip the gatekeepers. Also, he does not know about the ticketing process, we asked him to buy all inclusive ticket which I confirmed as well at the counter but it seems there was extra ticket for one of the tombs (not serapeum) which he had no clue about unless we discovered it together. The most frustrating thing was he misbehaving with us (me & my wife) he clicked unwanted pictures with both of us while we were very uncomfortable. The most disgusting thing he could do was he did not accompany us at the Dahsur pyramid and asked us to visit it by ourselves while he was relaxing in the car enjoying tea. On the way back, forcefully asking us for 2 things - 1) Visit at the carpet school / shop to buy something 2) Very annoying- He asked me to review his tour in front of him while I was constantly refusing to do so. Thank god I dodged him and could write the clear depiction of the horrible day with Emo Tours. Lastly, he asked extra $ 15 to drop us to Cairo instead of Giza. On our way back continuously talking to the driver about us both in Arabic which made us feel very uncomfortable and annoying. Please, if you have read so far, think very carefully before booking with emo, because after complaining about the situation the tour company didn’t do anything about this and I guess are very relaxed about this. Choose any other Tour Company but not Emo Tours and especially always ask before the tour if the guide is Egyptologist.

Excellente visite en compagnie d’un guide très compétent du nom de Seyed Mahmoud. La visite permet de découvrir une Egypte verte et agricole dans la banlieue de Gizeh. Les pyramides et tombeaux valent le détour.

Quick tour of major archeological sites
We visited 3 archeological sites and a carpet factory with our guide Aladdin. Our guide is very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Saqqara, Dashur, and Memphis all contain multiple interesting items. It was a very efficient way to see all three sites in 6 hours. Lunch was a choice of Egyptian food or buffet. We chose Egyptian Koshary in a local restaurant. The food was great but the restaurant does not have a public toilet.

Nice trip and experience
We had a wonderful experience on our trip to Saqqara, Memphis, and Dahshur. Our driver, Hedy, was perfectly on time, extremely positive, and very helpful throughout the entire day. He patiently answered all our questions and shared interesting information about the places we visited, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Everything was smooth, comfortable, and well organized. I would highly recommend booking this trip, and especially recommend Hedi as a driver. These sites deserve a visit.

Wonderful experience with great guide Menna
We went as a couple and had a wonderful time. Menna was an amazing guide who explained everything very well and could answer all our questions. The trip went a bit faster than expected (4 hours) but nothing felt rushed. Big thank you to our guide Menna and driver Mohammed. We hope to come back one day!
