Samih was very knowledgeable of Egyptian history. The driver drove very well. We are very satisfied. Please note that guide and driver DO NOT include the museum fees and the visit to the pyramids. We have Egyptian ID so we paid less than tourist price.

Nous avons visité les pyramides de Gizeh et du Grand Egyptian Museum avec Alaa. Nous étions un groupe multilingue et Alaa a pris le temps de faire les explications en français et en arabe tout au long de la journée, afin que tout le monde puisse bien comprendre et profiter de la visite. C’était très appréciable. Ses explications étaient très claires et détaillées, aussi bien sur la construction des pyramides que sur la civilisation égyptienne en général. Il a une très bonne connaissance de l’histoire et sait la transmettre de façon simple et accessible, ce qui a rendu la visite vraiment enrichissante. Alaa a répondu à toutes nos questions avec enthousiasme et bienveillance. Et il est très sympathique ! C’était une très belle expérience de notre séjour en Égypte et un excellent souvenir. Nous recommandons Alaa sans hésiter !

The Guide (Nader) is the best I have never across. He is knowledgeable, and very thorough. We also faced a crisis and he and the driver took every care. Both of them are great human beings and professionals. Must must must ask for this agency and these folks.

During our layover in Cairo, my partner and I booked this full-day tour of the Pyramids, the Sphinx, and the Grand Egyptian Museum, and it turned out to be the perfect way to make the most of our limited time. The day was very well organised and, despite the ambitious itinerary and our tight schedule, it never felt too rushed. Both our driver and our guide were extremely thoughtful and kind throughout the day, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Yasmeen, our guide, was full of energy, very friendly, and genuinely good fun, which really helped keep us going even though we were quite tired from traveling. Towards the end of the day I started to feel unwell, and both Yasmin and the driver were very considerate, regularly checking on me and adjusting the pace so I could still enjoy the experience. Thanks to them, what could have been a very exhausting day turned into a really enjoyable and memorable visit. We would highly recommend this tour, especially if you only have a very short time in Cairo, such as a layover, and want to see the main highlights without worrying about logistics. Thank you very much to the whole team for making our brief stay in Cairo so special.

Tour of the Pyramids, Giza & the Grand Museum – Helpful Tips Our day started early with a 7:00 AM pickup, and our guide Alaa was wonderful — kind, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout the tour. She even brought us Egyptian breakfast and water, which was a lovely touch even though we had already eaten. The Pyramids Tour Best time to visit: Morning, as it is less busy and more enjoyable Inside the pyramids: Quick but efficient, plenty of time for photos Guide support: Alaa helped with bags and took many photos for us, making the experience smooth and enjoyable Photo outfits: Some traditional clothing is usually not allowed inside due to past misuse. Alaa helped get special permission, so I could wear a traditional Arabic gown and headscarf for photos — highly recommended if you want a memorable picture Pro tip: Be cautious at the stalls outside the pyramids For example, a scarf for a photo cost 2000 EGP, likely worth 100–200 EGP Haggle and take your time; do not feel rushed Camel rides: Usually included, but tipping the camel handler is expected Lunch / Local Restaurant Ruhana's Restaurant, a local spot recommended by Alaa, was included in the tour Food was delicious and authentic: Kebab Vegetable curry Egyptian bread Fresh fruit This meal was fantastic and a great taste of local cuisine Optional Stops (Perfume, Spices, Nuts, etc.) The tour included stops at shops along the way to the Grand Museum: Perfume shop – free samples but browsing is expected Spices, tea, nuts, and dates shop – free samples, but can create social pressure to buy Tip: These stops are optional.
