Fun tour experience
Great experience. We had a private tour and expected a bit more “baby sitting” over group experience but found just a perfect balance between free time and “want to see” tourism. Our guide Amr Al was amazing. I would recommend this tour to first timers in Egypt.

Bof la croisière
Rien de spécial une croisière est sans intérêt on peut faire la même chose en mini an pour beaucoup moins cher . Nous devions avoir de l eau tout les jours soit 2 petites bouteilles ,répondu que ce n’est pas prévu.en revanche le guide était très bien

Comfortable cruise with excellent guide
The cruise: The boat was well maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower was good. The staff were very friendly. All rooms had windows above the bed which had a sea view and opened up to smell the ocean (though I would've like a mini balcony). Bar fridge is available in the rooms and they have a good and affordable laundry service. The food was excellent for buffet food (roast beef was moist and tender, not doused in sauce to hide dryness). Desserts looked pretty but were average. Cruise was well timed so that there were times to chill on the deck in the morning, during sunset, and in the evening while the boat was moving. Just to note that drinks (incl soft drinks) are not included, and are EGP 50 for a coke. So buying from suprettes at the docks (EGP 10) is advised if you want to save some cash. There is enough food, however, to not require snacks. Touring: The tours to the temples are well timed so that, as much as possible, it is not during busy periods. I appreciated that some tours are at night, as some temples look beautiful at night with the lighting. There also aren't too many tours each day so you are not fatigued. Our tour guide, Amro, was excellent. He was very knowledgable and could answer all our questions. He made the disembarking and entrance to the points of interest very smooth. He also took us to a quiet area of the temples first, to discuss the layout and what we're going to see before going into the noisier parts to show us the interesting statues or writings, and even then, it was not busy, and it wasn't like we had to strain listen to him over 5 other tour guides. We appreciated that very much and it made our historical journey through Egypt that much more pleasant. Just to note that the trip to Abu Simbel complex is very early in the morning, and so you have to wake up at 3am if you plan on adding it to your tour (at an additional charge). We were not that dedicated to going, and rather used the time to rest our brains a bit before the next set of tours.

An absolute 10/10
We had the absolute best time during our trip with guide Sayed. He made us feel safe en comfortable, all whilst telling us the most wonderful stories belonging to the tombs and temples we visited. He told his stories with so much passion and enthusiasm (and funny jokes), it was so very easy to stay enchanted by everything we saw. The itinerary is at some points a little bit intense, but Sayed made sure we got enthusiastic about everything we saw. Also he could answer any and all questions we asked him. He made sure we got ‘VIP treatment’ everywhere we went and had cars waiting for us to quickly get from one location to the other. He even made sure our transfer after the tour (which we already booked with a different organisation) went smoothly as he contacted the driver to coordinate our pick up. I can not recommend this tour enough, all thanks to our amazing tourguide Sayed. Would rate him with 10 stars if possible. Be sure to ask for him when booking, because you will absolutely not regret it.

Great cruise experience!
I had a GREAT time on this cruise. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The ship was nice, great roof deck to have tea and watch the Nile go by. My room (I was solo) was very comfortable and clean, bed was super comfy, had a great view of the Nile right outside my window. The food/buffet (breakfast/lunch/dinner) was so good, mostly Egyptian food. The daily day trips to archeological sites were very well organized. My tour guide, Adham, was great - he explained details of the sites well, and left ample time for me to explore on my own. He and the tour guide staff (Mohammed & the drivers) were very nice and - as a woman traveling solo - I never felt unsafe with them even for a moment. TIP: If you can book an individual tour guide on this cruise, I'd recommend it over a group tour. You'll be able to tailor your time to your liking more than you can with a group, definitely worth it. Also, if you can afford to add the Abu Simbel day trip, it's DEFINITELY worth it! The hot air balloon ride option is also great. Overall, I had a beautiful time on this cruise and would definitely recommend it.

A+++ private guide for 3 night Nile cruise
Mustafa was our private guide for 3 nights and 4 days while on the Nile Cruise. He is such a patient man. It was very helpful having him accompany us throughout the whole Nile cruise experience. He took us to so many sites and was super patient with us when we veered off the itinerary and wanted to do some shopping. It helped so much having him with us when we were being haggled by the street vendors. He is very honest and knowledgeable about ancient Egyptian history. We packed in so many excursions while with him. I highly recommend having Mustafa as your private guide while visiting Egypt.

Private guide is the best way to go!
Our guide Mustafa was fantastic and very knowledgeable in Egyptian history. He was very patient with our group and showed us around our whole time. I highly recommend a private guide so you can have their undivided attention.

Great way to see Southern Egypt
In short, this is an excellent way to see the highlights of southern Egypt. Safe, professional, clean, interesting, great service, delicious food (and lots of it) and great amenities. Sitting on the deck, or near the window in your room, and watching the bank of the Nile pass you by.... a unique and memorable experience. I think it is luck of draw as to which boat you get (i think we saw about 50 different options). They all look good, it's just that some look newer than others. My wife and I were fortunate to stay in a boat that had just been renovated. Everything was nice and fresh. I can't praise the boat staff enough. They were very attentive and kind, made returning to the boat after a long day trekking an enjoyable experience (one that we would anticipate). They also made lots of delicious food. I know I already mentioned that, but it's worth repeating. We chose a private guide to take us to the sites, and were very glad we did. Ahmed was a very knowledgeable Egyptologist, had good English and made both of us feel safe when we travelled. He helped us with tipping (when and how much) and helped us to barter when we bought a souvenir. He's been doing his job for 20 years and it shows. When possible, he allocated a good amount of time for us to wander around by ourselves. Highly recommend.
