Il Tempio di Hatshepsut, noto anche come Deir el-Bahari, è un antico tempio funerario egiziano situato sulla riva occidentale del fiume Nilo vicino alla città di Luxor. Fu costruito per la regina Hatshepsut, una delle poche donne faraoni dell'antico Egitto, che regnò nel XV secolo a.C. (circa 1479-1458 a.C.). Il Tempio di Hatshepsut è considerato una delle realizzazioni architettoniche più notevoli dell'antico Egitto. È stato progettato da Senenmut.
Colossi of Memnon

I Colossi di Memnone sono due enormi statue di pietra situate sulla riva occidentale del fiume Nilo vicino alla città di Luxor in Egitto. Sono tutto ciò che resta di un più grande complesso di templi funerari costruito dal faraone Amenhotep III durante il XIV secolo a.C. (circa 1350-1334 a.C.). Le statue raffigurano Amenhotep III seduto sul trono e ciascuna statua è alta circa 18 metri (60 piedi) e pesa circa 700 tonnellate. Erano scolpiti in singoli blocchi di arenaria quarzite e originariamente collocati all'ingresso del tempio del faraone. Le statue furono create per custodire il tempio e per rappresentare il potere e l'autorità divina del faraone.

Muy buena experiencia.

Somos una pareja que viajábamos por libre sin agencias y sin un gran presupuesto. Es la compañía que mejor relación calidad-precio nos dió. Tuvimos que pagar un poco más por el guia en español pero valió la pena, te recogen y explican todo muy bien Ahmed fue muy respetuoso y simpático, no agobió para comprar nada ni para pedir propinas y eso se agradece mucho en Egipto. Nos lo explicó todo muy muy bien e incluso nos ayudó con otras visitas que vamos a hacer por nuestra cuenta. Muy felices que haber vivido la experiencia.

Super, godna polecenia wycieczka!

Super wycieczka na zachodni brzeg Luxoru do Doliny Królów! Mieliśmy kilka wycieczek w Kairze i Luksorze i ta była najlepsza. Z czystym sercem mogę polecić. Świetny przewodnik, profesjonalnie, dużo wiedzy przeplatanej anegdotami, których nie da się przeczytać w przewodnikach. Obsługa klienta (włączjąc zdjęcia, które cierpliwie robił Ahmed) bardzo dobra. Dziękujemy!

Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple & Mamnon with Abdel!

We were accompanied by a very friendly and knowledgeable guide named Abdel. He explained everything in a clear and digestible way and waited patiently as we explored each area. By the end of the tour, we were sad to say goodbye but grateful to have a new friend and a plethora of knowledge about Egyptian history. Highly recommend Abdel! His tour was the best that we had during our trip!

Half Day Tour to Valley of the Kings

Abdel was the best tour guide we had in Egypt!! He had a deep knowledge of every site he took us to and allowed us to take our time. His English was great and his explanations were thorough especially because he could actually read the Hieroglyphics!! I would highly suggest him to anybody looking to actually learn about Egyptian history

Our tour guide, Abdel, was the best! Super knowledgeable about Egyptian history and he was very passionate about the topic. We learned so much and everything was so interesting. We wish we had Abdel for the rest of our trip!

Half day West Bank Tour with Ahmed Abdulteif

Our guide Ahmed Abdulteif was incredible! From communication prior to the tour, and prompt pick up from the hotel, it made the experience so seamless. We had a great and safe driver, Safwan, with a comfortable and clean car. We booked the half day West Bank tour through Booking.com and it did not disappoint. We started early at 05:30 to beat the heat and Ahmed picked the perfect route- he had also arranged all our tickets prior which we would highly recommend. Our first stop was at the colossi of Memnon- we were the only people there and Ahmed took great photos! We next went to Valley of the Kings (including King Tut tomb) and Ahmed was so knowledgable and gave us enough time to explore on our own. We stopped at the alabaster museum and headed to Queen Hatshepsut temple which was amazing. Overall we would definitely recommend Ahmed and Safwan for a personalised tour!

Great trip and tour guide

Ammar arrived on time and was very helpful and knowledgeable. The trip was well paced and Ammar tailored the tour to suit our needs when our daughter became a little tired and hot in the midday sun. We would highly recommend a tour with Ammar and wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again when we return to Luxor.

Very nice half day tour of the West Bank in Luxor

Abdelwahab the tourguide was extremely passionate and knowledgable on the tombs in the valley of the kings and the other things we saw in our half day Luxor trip. His specialty is hieroglyphics which he studied in his degree. Mahmoud the driver was also very kind and we used him for our airport transfer later on. The car was nice and modern. These guys will look after you!
