Viaggio di una vita! Tour fantastico e la migliore guida turistica!
Abbiamo prenotato il Sonesta Moon Goddess 3 giorni/4 notti tramite Hany @ Luxor&Aswan Travel. Hany è stato così reattivo e ha gestito la nostra prenotazione con un preavviso molto tardivo. Volevamo davvero una barca specifica e Hany si è assicurato che avessimo prenotato quella giusta. Abbiamo anche aggiunto una visita mattutina ad Abu Simbel poiché non è inclusa nel consueto itinerario della crociera.
Quando siamo arrivati, abbiamo scoperto di fare un tour privato con Mohamed, il nostro egittologo e guida turistica! Mohammad è stato fantastico. Mohammad è ben informato, appassionato ed energico. Oltre ad essere una guida turistica ed egittologo di grande esperienza, è anche un eccellente insegnante! Eravamo così felici di vivere l'Egitto con lui come nostra guida! I suoi diagrammi dei templi saranno sicuramente incorniciati.
Si è preso cura di noi in modo meraviglioso e ha dato suggerimenti all'itinerario di viaggio standard che ha funzionato davvero bene per noi. Ad esempio, invece di andare al Tempio di Edfu una mattina presto, l'ultimo giorno siamo andati al Tempio di Habu. Il tempio di Edfu viene solitamente vissuto come una corsa mattutina e, a causa della folla, non è così piacevole per l'inizio delle 6 del mattino! Siamo stati grati per i suoi consigli. Abbiamo anche aggiunto una visita al Tempio di Dendra, il tempio di Hathor e questo è stato il momento clou!
Non possiamo raccomandare Mohammed più vivamente, la facilità e la semplicità di prenotare tramite Hany presso Luxor e Aswan Travel. L'Egitto a volte è un luogo caotico, quindi avere questo supporto organizzativo è fondamentale!
E se puoi, resta uno o due giorni in più a Luxor! È un posto bellissimo da vivere e vorremmo avere più tempo.
Suggerimenti: porta con te un po' di valuta americana se puoi. Se puoi pagare qualcosa nella valuta statunitense, puoi sempre trovare un prezzo migliore.
Scegli una barca di qualità, ti costerà un po' ma renderà il viaggio ancora più piacevole.

Il modo migliore per esplorare tutto ciò che Assuan e Luxor hanno da offrire!
Abbiamo fatto un viaggio davvero fantastico da Assuan a Luxor con la nostra guida Ahmed Sliem.
Siamo stati prelevati subito dall'aeroporto di Assuan e poi abbiamo iniziato la nostra avventura. La nostra guida turistica Ahmed aveva una vasta conoscenza di ogni luogo, dalle dighe di Assuan a tutti i templi che abbiamo visitato.
Ahmed si è sempre assicurato che avessimo tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno durante i 4 giorni da snack, soldi e bevande.
Ci ha anche informato su cosa cercare nelle varie località turistiche in modo da non essere indotto a pagare per qualcosa che non volevi.
Consiglierei al 100% questo viaggio e questa guida turistica a chiunque desideri esplorare tutti i templi e le località turistiche di Assuan e Luxor!

Crociera accogliente, ottima guida
Abbiamo fatto la crociera da Assuan a Luxor. La nave era molto bella, il personale cordiale e attento.
Avevamo una guida di nome George che ci ha portato in giro e ha davvero migliorato l'intera esperienza. Così amichevole e alla mano, pur essendo pieno di conoscenza e professionalità.

Great cruise with george
We booked a 3 night cruise from Aswan to Luxor on Sonesta Moon Godess. The trip was great - also as it’s on of the few boats with private balconies. But what made the trip amazing was our guide George. He has great knowledge, is there when you need him, easy-going and fun to be around!

Great experience, definitely worth recommendation
Every part and aspect of our trip was dealt with professionally and with utmost care, including in particular accommodation, transfers, monuments visits and the cruise itself. Ashraf, our guide, is an extremely knowledgeable specialist in both ancient and modern Egyptian history and culture. He provided us with full and comprehensive explanations on the major events from ancient Egypt's history, as well as on certain themes in its mythology. Ashraf's skills in deciphering hieroglyphic scripts were truly noteworthy, just as were his organisational skills and friendly attitude. I highly recommend this event and its organiser.

Customized Tour of Egypt
We had a custom made tour that included private transfer from Marsa Alam to Aswan, Nile River Cruise on the Sonesta St. George from Aswan to Luxor and then 2 day private tour in Cairo. Hany from LuxorandAswan Travel did a super job coordinating our trip, staying in touch while in Egypt and ensuring all went smoothly! The drivers for each day were competent, friendly and safe. Our tour guide on the River Cruise was Messoud and he was extremely informative, friendly and helpful! Our tour guide in Cairo was Fatima and she was also very informative, very flexible and accommodated our requests so that we experienced Cairo up close and personal! I highly recommend using LuxorandAswan Travel for your touring needs. Every single detail went extremely smoothly and Hany was always very responsive when we had questions or wanted additional information. We thoroughly enjoyed our time learning more of Egyptian culture and history. If you are considering using LuxorandAswan Travel, do it! It was top notch, professional, great value and easy!

Mr. Hany our advisor was fantastic! We actually had 9 days all over Egypt, every single need, want was taken care of. Our guide, Hassan Sayed is more than informative, he is an Egyptologist. This was my "once in a lifetime trip" and they exceeded every sing expectation with ease and kindness. I truly can't say enough great things about Mr. Hany, his company and Hassan. Egypt is not a trip but an experience. The people, the food, the culture, the sights repeatedly take your breath away. I can't thank them enough from creating an experience that will last me til the end of time. From the moment we landed, until we left, their attention to detail, needs are unparalleled. We always felt safe, we saw every site and then some. If you decide to go to Egypt (which I highly recommend) then look no further than Luxor and Aswan Travel to take care of your trip. Sonesta Moon Goddess cruise
Firstly the Luxor & Aswan Travel team: Hany was friendly, easy to deal with and really responsive. He was able to confirm I’d get the boat I wanted (Sonesta Moon Goddess). Best of all, I hit the jackpot with having Mohamed assigned as my private guide for the duration of the cruise. He’s a veteran Egyptologist, well known by everyone and he was so full of energy, insights and passion! Mohamed even prepared hand drawn diagrams of the monuments for me in advance to help me get the most from each stop before we hit the crowds. He also helped shield me from the touts and we could move faster as a duo compared to the big groups! I was easily able to add on some extra tours as we went.
Back to the cruise itself on Sonesta Moon Goddess: I spent a lot of time reviewing boat options. As a solo traveller the cabin and service was important to me and I really wanted a cabin with a walkout private balcony. The cabin was as advertised; well appointed and included bottled water, tea/coffee facilities, daily towel animals, plus a hairdryer and basic toiletries in the ensuite. The overnight laundry service on board was good and affordable. The crew were fun, attentive and friendly. The boat was probably just under 50% capacity but the overall vibe was still good. Breakfast and lunch were both delicious buffet style with an alacarte menu choice for dinner. I signed for drinks as I went and just paid on checkout. The Moon Goddess is classed as 5 Star and certainly one of the better boats on the Nile, but I’d say decor wise it’s a very good 4 star when compare to its sister boat the Sun Goddess which is probably the top of their liners. An all round wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Sonesta for cruising and Hany and the team.
