Ottima idea! Esperienza unica grazie all'aiuto di Heba e alla sua guida. Ha fatto una GRANDE differenza e sicuramente non sarebbe stata la stessa senza di lei. La crociera ha offerto sistemazioni e cibo fantastici. Tutti hanno reso perfetti i nostri viaggi relativamente brevi in Egitto. Abbiamo visitato ogni singolo tempio con la nostra fantastica guida turistica Ahmed che conosceva ogni singolo dettaglio e voleva sinceramente che imparassimo. Grande esperienza! It was wonderful we had a great time. The tour guides were excellent. Heba from the agency arranged absolutely everything for us, you just tell her what you want to do and she will do it for you. Amazing! Thank you Heba for all your help.

Siamo stati accolti all'aeroporto di Assuan dalla nostra guida turistica Ahmed che era a nostra disposizione per i 4 giorni. Siamo stati accompagnati alla nave dove abbiamo iniziato il nostro tour .. l'equipaggio era gentile, il cibo era delizioso e la sistemazione era confortevole. Ahmed è stato gentile, molto ben informato e molto disponibile con tutte le richieste. I tour che abbiamo fatto sono stati meravigliosi e abbiamo imparato così tanto della storia .. consiglierei sicuramente questo tour

The greatest tour guide who can speak Japanese and English very well and the travel company,Egypt Gift Tours (EGT), I’ve ever had. The tour guide can explain about the history of Egypt, pyramids, and statues etc in detail. EGT always answer to questions right away and made us feel good. They know how to take care of tourists. Grande esperienza !
Viaggiavo con i miei genitori, entrambi 65 anni, quindi ho fatto attenzione durante la prenotazione. Ho selezionato questo pacchetto dopo aver esaminato le recensioni su viator (sul viaggio e Heba).
Heba era costantemente in contatto e si assicurava che tutto fosse conveniente. Non è facile coordinarsi in modo così dettagliato, ma Heba è stata eccellente. Ho anche preso il suo aiuto per pianificare le mie altre escursioni al Cairo e nei dintorni. Ci ha aiutato con tutto.
Venendo al tour -. Tutto si è rivelato esattamente come indicato nella sezione ""cosa aspettarsi"". A volte siamo stati ritardati a causa dei treni in ritardo e del traffico. Quindi abbiamo dovuto cambiare e destreggiarci tra le visite turistiche, ma tutto è stato coperto.
La nostra guida era Mohammed. Una personalità sorridente ed energica. aveva una buona conoscenza e il suo inglese era estremamente buono.
The boat Company (Flash Tours) - questo è un po 'complicato, immagino che le barche siano gestite da un'agenzia diversa (questo pacchetto gestito da heba è organizzato da Egypt Gift Tours) L'equipaggio sembrava scontroso, le persone a malapena ci sorridevano, tranne alcuni i giovani al ristorante. resto .. persone molto molto scontrose, ma non preoccuparti, la tua interazione con loro sarà marginale e insignificante. Ci hanno dato una stanza che era sul retro della nave, quindi odorava di fumo ed era leggermente puzzolente (ho letto anche qualcun altro menzionato in una delle recensioni) ma nel momento in cui l'ho menzionato a Heba lei l'ha risolto. (In effetti in seguito mi sono reso conto che ci era stata assegnata una tipologia di camera diversa da quella che Heba mi aveva detto prima del check-in. Avrei dovuto controllare e informarla all'inizio)
siamo stati anche molto contenti della barca stessa - Serenity - immagino sia stata chiamata. Potevo vedere che avevamo balconi e camere spaziose. La maggior parte delle barche che abbiamo attraversato durante la nostra crociera non avevano balconi come il nostro. Quindi è stato molto divertente.
tutto sommato, un'ottima esperienza, Aswan, Abu Simbel, Kom Ombo, Edfu, Luxor, sono tutti posti favolosi, l'Egitto era a lungo nella mia lista di controllo e sono contento che abbiamo fatto questo viaggio. Il giro in mongolfiera è stato la ciliegina sulla torta.

Ahmed our tour guide is well versed in Egyptology. He made all the sites we visited entrancing.
I was in a group of 8 people and each person received Ahmed's undivided attention. He goes beyond his call of duty from arranging pick up and tour for the ones in our group who got lost to finding suitable alternatives to ensure they trip was stress free.
Ahmed is an amazing person. He is always smiling.
The cruise on the Nile was also pleasurable. The food, service,crew, and accommodation was all wonderful.
The hot air balloon was also fantastic.
I highly recommend using this company for your tour and adventure while in Egypt.

Comfortable cruise but and great operator
Had a very good experience with this this operator. From the beginning Hebba was very good in communicating and helped plan out my itinerary in Egypt.
The Cruise itself was comfortable and Ahmad the guide was very good. He was very helpful in all aspects. He took care of everyones needs during our time at the cruise. He went out of his way in helping his guests.
Would strongly recommend Egypt Gift to other friends.

Great Heba!
Heba support in this trip was unparallel to any other operator/guide in Egypt. she catered to needs of the child, plan changes, unexpected delays, logistical challenges as well as changes in guide. the most i like about her service is the hospitality, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Nile Cruise
This was a great experience. The communication from the company was excellent throughout. Our guides were always knowledgeable, and it made the experience much better having a private guide or being in small groups, as opposed to those giant tour groups you see. It packs a lot in and it’s some early mornings, but all around fantastic.

Very disappointed.
We were very excited booking this cruise after reading all the reviews, but left this trip with a huge disappointment.
The ship was so outdated and smelly. Even if I can understand that we were just unlucky since we can not choose the boat, ours was one of the worst. Our tour guide Ramsey was not professional so made this cruise experience even worse. He was not knowledgeable about ancient Egypt and very unorganized. Most of time he couldn’t answer our questions, his English was hard to understand. Our group felt lost during the tour. However, hot air balloon was amazing. Transportation arrangement from and to the airport was smooth, and Abu Simbel was incredible.
It’s unfortunate that we feel we wasted our time and money on this cruise.
