Best holiday ever, l earned so much about the culture. The boat was amazing, lovely staff, rooms were lovely and well equipped. We loved to have the company of Ahmed Abbas as our tour guide. We would surely surely recommend Egypt Gift Tours and their holiday plans to our friends.

This excursion was part of our trip to Egypt and we loved every minute of it. Heba does an amazing job at planning and organizing. We were so lucky to be paired up with the most knowledgeable and amazing guide Hatem. Any question you may have he will have the answer for you. Our first day started with a pick up from our Aswan Hotel and Hatem took us to the Temple of Philae and the unfinished Obelisk. Later he got us checked into the cruise ship. The cruise ship is very comfortable, the staff super friendly and the food was great. Our first excursion was a 2-3 hrs drive to Abu Simbel, which did not disappoint. Just beautiful! On the following day we visited the Temple of Horus and later in the day the Temple of Kom Ombo, which are both amazing and Kom Ombo is especially stunning for the lighting in the sunset hours. Luxor is the final stop and the Temple of Luxor was by far my favorite. But, off to bed early for an early 3am wake up call for our Hot Air Ballon ride over The Valley of the Kings. This is a must to do. The excitement and roaring of the balloons rising up in the sunrise over The East Bank gliding towards the Nile is an unbelievable memory you have to experience for yourself. We finished up our day visiting the Temple of Hatshepsut and Karnak Temple. As our travels took us on to the Red Sea, it was hard to say our farewell to Heba and Hatem, but InshaAllah we will see them again 😊

Hany e Heba dall'inizio alla fine siamo fantastici e così accomodanti per tutte le nostre esigenze. Anche la nave del Nilo era molto pulita e il cibo era buono. Consiglio vivamente di prenotare questo tour!

We recently did the 4 day 3nights tour including hot air balloon and Abusimbel. This was our first cruise ever and we enjoyed it. Heba from egypt gift tours was a great help in arranging the trip. As soon as we landed in Aswan ,ahmed abbas was waiting for us at the airport. He was our guide for the entire trip and was very informative and gave us detailed glimpse of ancient life in Egypt taking us through the various land marks over the next few days. For us the highlights were Abusimbel (even though it takes 8-9 hours to travel to and from Aswan ), valley of Kings and hot air balloon. our cruise ship-Semiramis 2 was good too. This is a great way of seeing all of southern egypt in 4 days. Last day we finished around 4 pm and were dropped off at our hotel. They even arranged airport transportation for the next day.

Il cibo non era molto buono. Le condizioni della barca e delle stanze sono ingannevoli e antiquate. Il servizio clienti era inesistente. L'intrattenimento era orribile (1 notte - danzatrice del ventre in sovrappeso). Non c'era praticamente nessun servizio bar, niente ghiaccio e 2 tipi di liquori, 2 tipi di birra e vino acido.

Durante la ricerca di un pacchetto crociera su Internet, ho trovato questo. Non ero davvero sicuro, ma mi fidavo di TripAdvisor e ho effettuato la prenotazione. Ho ricevuto un messaggio da Heba entro un paio di giorni che conferma il pacco. Poco prima di 2 giorni dalla prenotazione, abbiamo ricevuto una chiamata dal tour operator che diceva che c'è un problema con la nave da crociera su cui avevamo prenotato e che ci hanno offerto la crociera nelle stesse date ma da Luxor ad Assuan. Ero preso dal panico e non sapevo cosa fare. Ma Heba e il suo team hanno gestito il viaggio così bene per noi e non abbiamo perso nessuna delle cose dell'itinerario. Altamente raccomandato e un buon servizio.

Un'esperienza così meravigliosa, le nostre guide forniscono molte informazioni come professionisti. Luoghi bellissimi, templi e ricchi di culture, amiamo il cibo e ci godiamo i panorami lungo il fiume Nilo. Soprattutto da non perdere la mongolfiera.

As soon as we booked the tour, Heba Haggag reached out to us to give us all the details of our tour. She helped us squeeze in sites we were interested in and fix conflicts to our utmost satisfaction. She also checked up with us on every leg of our trip while keeping track of the location of our cruise. The tour guides were wonderful and full of knowledge. They were also well informed of our goals and itinerary as it was updated to keep us going as efficiently as possible. In Luxor our guide Hatem was such a great guide that we requested him 3 days in a row and booked a couple other tours with the agency just to keep him around. He is very well educated (masters in Egyptology from the university of Cairo) and truly loves ancient Egyptian culture which was demonstrated through his excitement when explaining things and ability to answer questions about even the smallest of details (which we had plenty of). All in all, their prices are inline with the other agencies and the level of service is truly unparalleled.

This was our first experience with cruises and it was really good and we had a great time. The staff is professional and very friendly. The food was really good. Sayied did great job. The tour guide and the program was very informative and entertaining. Hiba was really great. She replies to your questions almost instantly. Michael the tour guide was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot from him. I highly recommend this cruise to anyone who wants to have a great time in Egypt
