A must in Luxor!
Excellent experience with Captain Omar and our guide, Khaled! Their motto is “safety first” and “having fun” a close second! It’s a must when in Luxor (in spite of the steep price). Memories to last a lifetime!
Now, some advice: the balloon basket can get crowded! Maximum capacity is 32 people. So, don’t bring a backpack - not enough room. Bring a baseball cap as the huge flame above your head inflating the balloon is very hot. In April it’s warm even at 6am when we took off, so no need for warm clothes!
The guide comes to your hotel to pick you up between 4:30am and 5am and it’s all over by 7am-7:15am when they bring you back to the hotel.
The balloon ride was 35-40 minutes and the price US$140/person.

Hot Air Balloon Excursion
This experience was amazing. From the pick up to the drop off. Everything was smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful. My guide watched out for me because I was solo. It was totally appreciated. I definitely recommend and to do the early trip to see the sun rise.

Avoid !Most expensive you put behind if you did not pay too much
Different price same ride!
Forced positive reviews do not fooled like we were lied to. I would not belive a word they say and would not recommend this dishonest company. Uncertainty and scam from booking to landing ruined our expectstiond seeing other baloons in the air making us to take their photo in sand difficult to breath with this expensive ticket you expect an exellent service but some nationalities were ignored. You will be like us left behind taking photos of others enjoying the ride !

Wonderful ballooning experience….!!!
Guide Hassan and Pilot Bakr are the best. Bakr has over 2000 hours of balloon piloting. It was a smooth experience and we highly recommend doing this if you’re in Luxor Egypt…. OUTSTANDING…!!!

Professional, focussed on safety AND fun
This was a sunrise hot air balloon over the Valley of the Queens in Luxor. The team was super professional, focussed on safety AND fun. My first ever hot air balloon and I felt safe and secure; an experience I shall never ever forget.

Une expérience inoubliable !
Ce vol en montgolfière au-dessus de Louxor a été tout simplement magique. La vue sur les temples et le Nil au lever du soleil était à couper le souffle. L’organisation était parfaite, avec des transferts ponctuels et une équipe très professionnelle. Le pilote était rassurant et sympathique, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. À faire absolument si vous êtes de passage à Louxor !

Amazing Experience!
It was great from start to finish!! Pickup was right on time, in an AC car! The schedule of the pickup, takeoff of the balloon and even the drop off was all right on time! I would highly recommend to anyone this hot air balloon tour!
