Super en magnifieke ervaring! PLUS !!!
Deze atractie is zéér aan te raden. Na het boeken online had ik infeite wat twijfels omdat ik diezelfde dag nog de privérondleiding met gids had geboekt dat startte om 9u. Wij waren eigenlijk op een locatie in Marsa alam op vakantie maar ik wilde perse deze ballonvaart meemaken zodat ik met eigen ogen het opkomen van de zon boven de vallei der koningen kon meemaken en geloof me... het is nog mooier ik dacht! Je wordt punctueel op tijd voor uw hotel opgehaald (maak dat uw whatsapp werkt want bij elke trip moét men veiligheidshalve een foto van de voor en achterzijde van uw en uw medegezellen hun paspoort hebben). U wordt dus stipt opgehaald wanneer u naar de site wordt gebracht vanwaar de ballons opstijgen. Neem geen al te grote camera mee want dit is feite verboden door de politie. Eenmaal in de lucht mag u al bovenhalen wat u wilt om te filmen. Wij hebben een 45tal minuten in de ballon al zwevend de mooiste foto's van zowel Luxor als van de vallei der koningen kunnen maken. Ik wil u nog even meegeven dat zelfs mensen met hoogtevrees maar weinig van deze ballonvaart te vrezen hebben. Gezien het hier altijd warm is en er meestal vrij weinig tot geen wind staat land de ballonmand keer na keer zoals deze hoort te landen. Aan boord zijn er op elke ballon ervaren kapiteins en aan de grond zijn er tientallen mensen die bij het landen de ballonmand recht houden zodat u makkelijk de mand kan uitstappen. Het landen op zich gebeurt een paar honderd meters verder in de akkers van boeren. Zéér aan te raden!

Unforgettable Hot Air Balloon Experience
My hot air balloon ride over Luxor was truly an unforgettable experience! Floating peacefully over the Nile River, the Valley of the Kings, and the temples as the sun rose was absolutely breathtaking.
Captain Ragab, and crew members Yousry and Asdallah were incredibly skilled and professional, making me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire journey. Their expertise and calm guidance added to the beauty of the experience.
Everything was well-organized, from the early morning pick-up to the smooth landing. It’s a magical and unique way to see Luxor from above—I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Bucket list
This is a must do! I’m scared of heights so I was a little nervous but once we got into the ballon I was totally fine. Captain Abdullah was great. The whole ride and landing were smooth. Seeing the sunrise and the view of Valley of the Kings was as magnificent. Our tour guide Yousury was great - super friendly and explained everything. I highly recommended!

Luxor Hot Air Balloon
The ride was amazing. Yousry made it that way. Without him I don’t think I would have done it without him. The captain was good but I cannot remember his name. The cute kids maul you and want money, and they said not to give them any money but we could not help ourselves. 🤷

C’était super, petit point négatif les montgolfières sont trop remplis.
Dommage ça gâche un peu la vue et l’expérience mais à part ça les organisateurs étaient super et la vue reste néanmoins superbe

Perfection
Amazing experience with a gorgeous sunrise over the Valley of the Kings. The Captain was excellent with a perfect landing. All the support crew were welcoming and made our first balloon ride memorable. Would absolutely recommend
