Horrific and expensive
I hate giving reviews but felt I had to here. I’m not sure where they got they’re raving reviews but from the get go we were given the worst customer service. Once we paid they never got back to us. Their pdf information never opens on your email. I figured out why - there is no information for the customer We wound up having to wait until the day of the boat to get information on where, and which boat we were going on. No matter how many times we called or emailed no one would respond. We were forced to pay an extra $500 on a hotel because we were not given the correct information on when we could board. Once we got on boat, room didn’t look anything like photo and was next to loud engine. They wouldn’t move us even though we could see boat was not full. I asked for a portion of my money for all the bad customer service. No response. Not shocked. They are a very bad business how they got their reviews baffles me but I while I was their I saw much better business etiquette on other boats I wish I had gone on. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Fascinating
An amazing cruise from Aswan to Luxor, with a side trip to Abu Simbel. Filled with visits to very impressive temples and tombs.

Amazing Experience 10/10
This cruise was incredible, but what really made it so special was our amazing tour guide Mena!!!
He thought of everything, he was always on the other end of the phone if we needed anything, he was smiley, happy, kind and full of knowledge.
Egypt is a chaotic place and we felt safe with him at all times.
The cruise ship was immaculate, the food was good and frequent, staff were friendly.
We can’t fault our experience, we went to so many magical places we never would have known about if it wasn’t for this cruise.
10/10, can’t recommend enough.

Magnificent temples, personal service
We had a great time with journey to Egypt. From the beginning, they were very responsive about booking queries and questions, including when we were worried about the safety situation in the Middle East (it was safe here). Our tour guide Michael was very thoughtful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and really did everything to make sure we were comfortable and informed. When we wanted to book extras (hot air balloon ride over Luxor and transport to Hurghada), both Michael and journey to Egypt helped make extra arrangements for us.
They were very easy to work with and accommodating.
While the sites can get very crowded (all tour boats arrive at sites at roughly the same time), they do their best to make sure the experience is personal. Thank you!

Un rêve devenu réalité
Une très bonne expérience avec notre excellent guide Michael. Il était très gentil et connaissait beaucoup de choses sur l'histoire et la culture égyptiennes.

La croisière était très bonne, bons repas et service, le guide est fantastique ! ! Il en sait tellement sur toute l'Egypte, les biens, les rois, les reines, etc. . Je le recommande ! Visite très complète.

Voyage d'une vie!
Cette croisière était un rêve devenu réalité ! Notre guide, John, était incroyable ! Il avait tout planifié et organisé pour que nous n'ayons à nous soucier de rien, il était très clair sur toutes les directions qu'il avait pour nous, comme les points de rendez-vous et les itinéraires et de nombreux conseils de voyage pour l'Égypte. Il s'est montré flexible lorsque nous voulions changer les choses et il a été très instructif mais nous a également donné en plénière du temps libre sur les sites à explorer. Si vous ne voulez vous soucier de rien et souhaitez simplement vous détendre et visiter tous les principaux sites de la Haute-Égypte, c'est la croisière qu'il vous faut réserver ! Merci Jean ! ! !

Voyage d'une vie!
Nous avons fait un voyage extraordinaire avec Journey to Egypt. La communication avec notre guide John a été impeccable dès le début - il nous a envoyé un message quelques jours avant notre arrivée pour nous dire à quoi nous attendre et cela a continué tout au long.
La croisière sur le Nil était très bonne, les cabines étaient belles et la nourriture était infinie ! Le bateau lui-même avait un joli coin salon et le pont supérieur avait un bar et une piscine (parfait pour regarder le coucher de soleil ! ) .
John était excellent et c'était génial d'avoir notre propre guide et de ne pas faire partie d'un grand groupe. Il essayait souvent de battre les foules et cela était vraiment utile, il nous guidait de manière experte à travers de nombreux sites : Philae, Abou Simbel, Kom Ombo, Hetshepsut, La Vallée des Rois, Karnax, Louxor - wow, wow, wow ! Nous avons tellement couvert ! John avait tellement de connaissances et organisait tout, des billets au transport, en passant par l'eau et même lorsque nous voulions des choses de dernière minute (comme un tour en montgolfière et une halte dans un hôtel pour prendre un verre ! ). Il l'a rendu vraiment personnalisé et personnalisé et nous avons eu une expérience phénoménale !

Croisière magique sur le Nil
La visite elle-même est incroyable, regorgeant de sites antiques les plus impressionnants - soyez prêt à être actif ! C'est un voyage unique dans une vie.
L'itinéraire permet toujours de se détendre pendant la journée sur le Nil, et notre guide Mena a été très efficace pour organiser tout ce qui convenait à nos besoins, et a même pu ajouter une demande supplémentaire (temple de Dendérah) au plan très confortablement. Il est vraiment solidaire, flexible et prend les meilleures photos de tous les temps !
Le bateau lui-même pourrait être plus moderne, mais on n'y passe presque pas de temps.
