Tout était parfaitement arrangé. Excellente communication, excellent service et tout était à l'heure.
Dès le processus de réservation, nous avions un seul POC qui était toujours disponible et nous a aidés à traverser le voyage.
M. Ahmed Helmi Ali a été notre guide touristique tout au long de la croisière sur le Nil. Il est certainement le meilleur guide que nous ayons jamais vu et la raison clé de notre expérience incroyable une fois dans une vie. Très bien informé, passionné, patient, excellent anglais et tout simplement génial.

Grande croisière avec un guide très compétent
Tout le processus de planification et de réservation du voyage a été très facile, et j'ai apprécié leur réactivité et leur flexibilité. Nous avons été pris en charge à l'aéroport d'Assouan, et un représentant nous a amenés à notre guide et chauffeur. Tout était très bien organisé. Nous avions une voiture très neuve et nous nous sentions très en sécurité avec notre chauffeur. Notre guide, Mahmoud, était très bien informé, et nous aimions l'écouter et apprendre de lui. Nous avons également ajouté Abu Simbel, et le voyage était à nouveau très bien organisé. C'était incroyable, et on a beaucoup appris. Mahmoud est également un excellent photographe et a pris de belles photos de nous. Son anglais est excellent, et nos conversations se sont déroulées sans effort. À la fin, nous avons décidé à la dernière minute d'ajouter le vol en montgolfière à Louxor. Mahmoud a tout organisé pour nous, et c'était merveilleux. Nous recommandons vivement de réserver avec eux. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème du tout, et l'équipe était extrêmement utile. Ce fut une expérience incroyable. Le navire, le MS Medea, était magnifique. Notre chambre était spacieuse et très propre et la nourriture et le service étaient super.

Aventures inoubliables avec l'un des guides touristiques les plus compétents d'Egypte

Nous avons eu un voyage fantastique de 4 jours d'Assouan à Louxor avec notre guide touristique, Ahmad (II) Sliem. Il était extrêmement professionnel, compétent, et a fait tout le voyage très détendu pour notre famille. Ses explications sur l'histoire égyptienne, les temples et tous les sites que nous avons visités étaient claires, détaillées et faciles à suivre.
Il nous a également très bien guidés sur les us et coutumes locales, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus agréable et confortable. Il a gardé un équilibre parfait — toujours disponible en cas de besoin, mais nous donnant assez d'espace pour profiter du voyage en famille.
Sympathique, digne de confiance et vraiment dévoué à son travail. Nous nous sommes sentis complètement à l'aise tout au long de la visite.
Fortement recommandé pour tous ceux qui visitent l'Égypte et qui recherchent un guide fiable et compétent!

Excellent guide
Mahmoud Hassan était un guide génial, et a vraiment rendu ce voyage aussi bon qu'il aurait pu l'être! Tout l'équipage était serviable et sympathique.
La foule était importante à certains endroits de la tournée en raison du programme et de la direction de la croisière, mais Mahmoud a rendu cela aussi fluide que possible.

Memory of a Lifetime
Hands down, the BEST experience I could ask for in Egypt. The cruise was relaxing, the staff were friendly, but what made my trip very memorable was my tour guide Michael Edwards. Michael was assigned as my private guide for 5 days. He was very knowledgeable, showed his passion for the rich Egyptian history, his enthusiasm was invigorating, very personable, professional, very attentive, lined everything up (door to door) up until dropping me off at the airport. It was overall an amazing experience, I would highly recommend it. Ask for Michael Edwards as your tour guide! And book your cruise on the Amwaj!

I would love to go back!
I decided to book with Luxor and Aswan Travel because the Operations Manager, Hany Dosouki, had quick and clear email responses. His details and suggestions made me trust working with this travel agent in Egypt. I had a customized five-day plan, including a Nile cruise and private visiting options. Our schedule was successfully managed by one guide, Mohamed (Momo), for all five days, and he suggested alternate schedules if the weather and timing were not suitable. He was exceptionally prepared, very approachable, and looked after his group--helping with Egyptian cultural customs and informing us of tourist traps. Their drivers and team were truly trusted, and I had comfortable stays at the cruise and hotel. They answered all my questions and concerns right away, including those on Egyptian history, culture, language, and other thoughts that came up. The payment processes were clear as well. I strongly recommend Luxor and Aswan Travel. Love Egypt!

Το γραφείο τα είχε κανονίσει όλα τέλεια για εμάς τους 4. Κάναμε μια 4ημερη εκδρομή στο Νείλο και είδαμε τα πιο όμορφα μέρη χωρίς να μας λείψει καμία άνεση. Ο οδηγός μας, ο Ahmed Sliem, ήταν απίστευτος, δε θα μπορούσαμε να έχουμε καλύτερο! Νιώσαμε άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή μαζί του, οικογενειακά ❤️ και θα χαρούμε να τον ξαναβρούμε!

Super unbelievable!!!
This trip was unbelievable!! Ahmed Sliem our tour guide had a real knowledge of Egyptian history!! He made our trip super comfortable and he took us everywhere we wanted to go shop and see! The crew at the Sonesta Star Godess was very nice! The room clean and the food amazing! I did not felt uncomfortable at all in all the days!!I had a great time!

The best tour guide we have ever met in Egypt
I recently took a Nile River cruise from Aswan to Luxor with my friends, and we were truly impressed by the professionalism and passion of our guide Mr. Ashraf. Throughout every classic site we visited along the way including egyption temples and museums, he was incredibly enthusiastic, warm, and genuinely dedicated to making sure we had the best experience.
His knowledge of Egyptian history and ancient monuments was exceptional. He explained each temple, tomb, and historical site with such clarity and depth that it made the entire journey far more meaningful. You can tell he has spent years studying these places, and he shared his insights with so much patience and joy.
What I appreciated most was how willing he was to answer questions, offer additional stories, and help us understand the cultural and historical background behind everything we saw. His passion for Egypt’s heritage truly elevated the trip.
He also kindly help us find some special egyptian spices for our Taiwanese friend for gifts. We really appreciate his kind and warmness.
Thanks to him, our cruise from Aswan to Luxor became an unforgettable and enriching experience. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a guide who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely caring and enthusiastic.
